    I knew this would happen as soon as waterboarding was outlawed. Now CIA agents are reduced to using dogs to hump legs. I'm sure knowing those brutal bastards that they're experimenting with over-affectionate cats and puppies that won't stop licking feet.

    This looks like a slippery slope to me.

    The CIA is well-known for doing scary stuff without the knowledge or approval of basically anyone else in our government.

    Also, what is the "White CIA"? Is being an agent of the "White CIA" different from being an agent of the regular CIA?
