    Perception is key. It's not news unless it checks certain boxes. White police officer shoots black person checks lots of boxes to become news regardless of facts. Not one fact in the Ferguson incident supported the news and it lead to the destruction of a community. A black attorney general of the United States couldn't find a case in that incident. It was all perception, and the perception was wrong.

    Why in the hell should I google it? It's your claim, you present information.

    Further, the manslaughter charge was appropriate and the fellow was convicted. He didn't murder the guy, in order to convict on murder you have to prove malicious intent. Good lord none of you people know the first (*)(*)(*)(*)ing thing about law.

    No I'm not he didn't get off. You didn't read the article. He was sentenced to 800 hours of community service and 5 years of probation. That isn't getting off Scott free.
