There is nothing at all morally redeeming about white nationalism. It's death can only be a good thing.

I know I am. White nationalism is an inferior ideology, and I am enjoying watching its decline. There can be no peaceful coexistence with white supremests. Their goals run counter to the democracy that is the ideal of most people.

I will just mention that in my own fair city we have an annual Columbus Day Parade- along with our Chinese New Year Parade, and Cinco De Mayo celebrations. Of course for all I know you don't consider Italians white.

Other cities celebrate their Irish heritage on St. Paddy's day, some their Scottish heritage at Scottish Games- oh yes, we have a big Octoberfest celebration each year celebrating German heritage with beer and polka's. I used to pass the Slovenian Cultural Center on my way to work, and near where I live is a Russian Cultural Center.

We do quite abit of celebrating 'white' heritage. Of course maybe these are the wrong 'whites' in your mind. Hard to keep track of what some people consider 'them' and 'other'.

Because previous generations of white people have been responsible for a lot of oppression and cruelty to other races. White people today are basically paying for the mistakes of their ancestors in that there they can't really display "white pride" without being perceived as racist.

I consider both white pride and black pride a nonsense. But I can understand why oppressed peoples might want to celebrate their achievements, made as they are, against considerable obstacles.

I have not achieved anything yet, but anything I might achieve in my life will be greatly assisted by the fact that I am Anglo-Saxon in a predominantly Anglo-Saxon society, set up to favour Anglo-Saxon values, who comes from a middle class socio-economic background. I take no pride in any of this - it is merely a description of the status quo.

A 'coloured' migrant who comes to my country, unless he is fabulously wealthy - and few immigrants are - has none of these advantages. He has to cope with a different language, different customs, and to 'prove' himself to the rest of the population, while trying to provide for his family as best he can.

If we transpose this to the USA, where perhaps the majority of the coloured population are descendants of slaves, and in living memory have been officially discriminated against, the need for positive reinforcement is even greater. So while the taking of pride in the hue of your skin is a risible nonsense, it is understandable that black people should react in that manner. This does not apply to white people, who have historically been in a position wherein they hold all the cards.

And the concept, in any developed country, that the indigenous peoples are superior because of the technologies developed by their ancestors, is very flawed indeed. As with someone who becomes a billionaire, this technology is a progressive achievement over many hundreds, if not thousands, of years, and simply not possible in isolation, or in socioeconomically deprived societies. Nuclear fission tends not to be a priority of a society which has trouble feeding and housing its population.

To summarise - the concept that one's ethnicity, or the random location of one's birth, is a source of personal pride is risible, and a shameful comment upon what passes for one's values.

I largely agree with the last sentence, and were disadvantaged whites oppressed because of their skin colour; I would totally agree. However, they are not.

 

Whites will never be the minority in Europe. Such talk is sensationalist nonsense. However, they will eventually become the minority in North America, but white people aren't indigenous to the Americas anyway, and I consider the eventual Metizo and Mulatto takeover of the western hemisphere to be karma in its finest form.

I didn't blow my lid, but clearly some white supremacists need to blow theirs. Its clear that their entire belief in racial superiority is a lame attempt to pick up women, and nothing makes them more angry than to see a pretty white girl hanging off the arm of a big black guy.
