But have you done research as to what percent of blacks ACTUALLY PAID FOR the house as opposed to the percent of blacks that moved into a house due to a GOVERNMENT PROGRAM? The easiest neighborhoods to sacrifice to the bully pulpit black leaders are those of the poorest whites because it isn't the neighborhood of the mayor.

 

Right on, my home state of 'Live Free or Die' New Hanpshire was once overwhelmingly Conservative/Republican until *******s escaping the liberally infested 'taxachusetts' to our South and to the high taxes imposed by ******* governor Michael Dukakis of the 1980's quickly moved to the 'no tax' sanctuary of Southern New Hampshire's communities. Now, all six New England states vote Democrat and are infested by *******s.

While most of New England remains purely WHITE, you need only look to its inner cities to find corruption, crime, broken families, welfare, democrat voters and an unsafe environment thanks in total to the high latino/black residency.

I suspect that clueless Nopartyaffiliation will fail to comment on those statistics. Another factor in considering foreclosures by race is that black ghetto communities are mostly on welfare and the chances that there is a homeowner among the gang hovers around zero percent.

 

Have you ever considered the fact that once a white boss learns that a black employee is living in a certain neighborhood in a nice house that he will fire him in order to cause the black to suffer financial hardship? Remember, these are the same folks who grew up at the tail end of Jim Crow and demonstrated against school integration. They hate the idea of extending equal rights to blacks and other minorities. They are now in charge and can manipulate the system to satisfy their biases and bigotry.

Have you ever heard of Black employers having 0 white people working for them? I can name 2 in Appalachia so I am sure it exists in other places.

As for your made up example, someone like the individual you are trying to portray would have probably never hired the black individual anyway.

I still believe that it is all due to the broken family and the amount of children born out of wedlock and into one parent households. They tend to turn to the streets seeking out family, because they have none at home. Eventually, they become an all out crook - "there ain't no such this as halfway crooks," as they say on the streets. Your either gangster or your not, and gangsters destroy good areas. This happens with all races, but I do not think anyone will contest that it effects Black and Hispanics on a much higher level than other races.

This is exactly what happened to my parents home city of Yonkers, NY. The area was mostly Irish, Italian and Polish. The city, which is the fourth largest in New York, was overwhelmed by people coming from the Bronx and Manhattan. Along with them came the crime, poverty and all the other bull(*)(*)(*)(*). What a cesspool it is now. I feel for my grandmother who is still stuck there because she is too old to move and too stubborn. The once great Irish St. of McLean ave is now infested with trash. It disgusts me every time I visit her, which I try to do often because I worry about her safety.

There are still good neighborhoods in Yonkers, but they are few and far between.

I’ve heard this argument before and it was recently given by Pat Buchanan (which got him into trouble with NBC). I don’t buy it. I believe that there is a selfish gene that is expressed in all races but is particularly concentrated in the black population. Buchanan gave some convincing statistics showing a correlation of marriage rate and crime as a function of time. It is convincing at the surface level.

My take is that the marriage rate is a function of the mores and laws of the society at the time. Divorce has become legally easier and being single has become more acceptable in the USA since 1950. My anecdotal argument is this. Let’s take two couples that are 20 years old (one couple in 1950 and one couple in 2012). The couple in 1950 might be married (from a metrics basis), however, that doesn’t prevent the husband from being a drunk and spending all of his money on booze and time facedown in the gutter leaving his wife to provide for the kids. Likewise, that same selfish husband in 2012 might choose to be stoned on crack and might not have even married the woman he knocked up because the culture doesn’t expect or demand it. It’s the same selfish behavior, it is just a modification in expectations, laws and available drugs.
