    On the contrary, it's worse.

    Remember the definition of abuse - not using something for its intended purpose. Now remember what Welfare is intended for - as a platform for working one's way out of poverty.

    If someone is in receipt of Welfare, and NOT using it as a platform for betterment - then ipso facto, they are ABUSING it.

    You mean all those things that others have to work their asses off for? Housing, education, healthcare, etc etc? Advantages the majority of humans have no hope of ever accessing? The same things that so many migrants and refugees appreciate the hell out of, and waste no time in putting to work to advance themselves?

    You have to be ****ing kidding.

    The man who quibbles about the 'quality' is looking for an excuse, and is therefore not genuine. The genuine man will tolerate the budget beef, because he knows that in time, it's this which will allow him to afford the good stuff.
