    Virtually all of the threads on banning same sex marriage, criminalizing it, or limiting it are religious in nature.

    Religion should never be a foundation for laws as it is so open to personal interpretation and bias.

    Neither does beastiality if it's done just before we eat the victim. Necrophilia's no problem either. Doesn't hurt anyone in the eyes of many.

    No, a dead body does not give consent. An animal doomed for the slaughterhouse doesn't have rights. A dog that humps your leg may very well give consent. You need to jump through a lot of hoops if you want to justify your "morality" and say "no one gets hurt"!

    Homosexuality has made our kids less safe and has pressed perversions on them in school. No person who identifies themselves in a group that revolves around perversions should have ever been normalized. Seriously… what do they stand for? What’s their message? It’s all about where you can put your midsection and to who must see it. Their books in school teach man with boy perversions as well. They should have never been accepted in my opinion. I think they are a disgusting group of people.

    It shouldn't be criminalized because homosexuality doesn't affect normal people. Usually, gays have their separate community of clubs, bars, etc. where they can meet and enjoy their special sexuality. And gays usually recognize other homosexuals and do not try to seduce straight people into sex.

    I don't think gays impose a threat to society.

    Tell that to the guy who had a 14 year old daughter raped because of their ideals being pushed in schools to allow for sexual predators in the girls bathroom

    So a 14 year old being raped in a bathroom doesn’t qualify?

    how about a female athlete that loses to a transgender? Does that not effect her career in a negative way?

    Actually I have felt for a long time that school uniforms should be a part of education. The focus should be on education not pleasing peers with dress. Now, especially at the high school level, homosexuality is all the rage. Kids seem to be more focused on who can be more shocking in their sexual indulgences. The society we live in is very sick right now and the kids are very "dumbed down". Of course this is a victory for the "American Marxists"!

    Homosexuality is now a major focus in our high schools. Even administrations suggest kids must not only accept but embrace the behavior. Thought school was about education? No it's about social engineering and the breakdown of society. We need to withdraw from public education. Let the sickos do their own thing!

    Yeah, but this is not the fault of the gays. It's the result of a radical left agenda that basically strives to blur all differences.

    Cultural Marxism, anti-pluralism, and anti-liberalism are the real big enemies we face today. :(

    A dog humping your leg isn't the same as consent. Just because a teenager under 18 is sexually active, doesn't mean they can give consent.

    There isn't scientific evidence to support transgender woman have a greater advantage than cis gender women.

    I’m using it as an example as to why homosexuality should be criminalized so it’s far from thread jacking. The LGBTQ community and pedophiles have one thing very similar in common. They both are infatuated with wanting to stick it wherever they can with impunity. There is a reason for that community having such a large rate of STD’s
