Hardly dumb, when the average negro IQ is at least a standard deviation lower than the White IQ; in Haiti, it's far lower. Some groups of people just can't do civilization. It's the reality of biology that some people will always have a higher violent crime rate and lower IQ than other groups. The best we can do is live separately.
I agree with the living separately part. Which is why white nationalists should get the hell out of America. Americans don't like them, and shouldn't be forced to share the same country with a group that is basically a scourge.
You must have missed the survey posted on another thread showing 78% of Republicans and 1/3 of Democrats hold 'racist' views. I'm curious on what basis are White Nationalists are scourge? Higher crime rates than Hispanics and Blacks, by any chance?

Yes, you are right, I completely overlooked, the impressive development in Africa is a success without end. I mean, Sierra Leone, Liberia, the Congo, Somalia ... everyone would like to live there. The embassies of these states in White countries are overcrowded with White people who want to live there.
So which Sub-Saharan African nation do you have in mind? What about Sub-Saharan African communities outside Africa?
Kenya, Botswana, Tanzania, South Africa, Nambia? We've given every African an IQ test? When did this take place? You expect an African to do well on an IQ test designed by Europeans/Americans? I fail to see what HIV rates have to do with this discussion. There's high HIV rates in Russia, India, and China as well.
