Nope. There are ignorant people who are easily mislead by the 'truther' cult leaders, however. When provided with evidence they generally run away or stand down.
Then what is the point of "exposing" the "truth" if all you're going to do is spam conspiracy propaganda on a bulletin board? This is a convenient paranoia truther groups and cult leaders encourage: 1. "They" are behind the conspiracy and will stop at nothing to kill people to hide the truth 2. Except "they" don't. Instead "they" send legions of "shills" online to "suppress" the truthers. 3. Any attempts to confront "them" by legal or legislative means are either dismissed as futile(see Stndown's quote) or deliberately bundled with so much goofiness it's never going to be taken seriously(Richard Gage's boxes, Jones earthquake machines, etc). 4. The inevitable failure of these attempts to "get the truth" out will be blamed on "cointelpro". It's a very clever sleazy scheme: The leaders tell people they need money to get the truth out there that is being suppressed by the government who will stop at nothing to silence them. The people don't stop to think: "Wait. If they'll stop at nothing how will me giving you money change that?" Or, if they'll stop at nothing, how am I able to post on a public message board without a visit from the Feds?
There is yet another angle on this.... that is the "plot" is actually designed to agitate, that is to cause dissent & discontent so as to DIVIDE & CONQUER My guess is that because of the psychology of the whole scene there will be about a third of the population that gets it, and about a third who will refuse to buy into either side, preferring "neutrality" over commitment, and about a third of the people will buy into the crap being promoted by the propaganda machine. and in the end, its a crap-shoot. whatever.............
People who accept the silly story at face value, or are too lazy (for whatever reason) to do their own research on the subject, will indeed do pretty much as you have indicated.
This is a sort of distraction bit, you see, really "Ben Laden" probably had absolutely nothing to do with any of the planning or execution of the attack, this sort of thing is simply meant to create more noise & smoke so that people will not see the facts. The events of 9/11/2001 were the SHOCK & AWE show, designed to put AMERICA into a state of shock so that the plan ( that is the REAL plan ) could be set in motion.
