Why the US should become more like Russia in some aspects.

Russia is highly patriarchal. The culture has no patience for progressive values, believes in gender roles, respects the law as a whole, respects police, hates their criminals (black dolphin prison, look it up). Russia is also highly anti-zionist which is a beautiful thing.

Russia is also led by a man who is devoted to his nation more than himself. That is why Trump was a fantastic pic for the country. Trump has shown Putin-like tendencies and I'm all for it.

Of course, we don't want to bring out the anti-gay policies being pushed there, nor do we want to silence legitimate journalists from questioning the president - so we take the good and ditch the bad.

Overall, if there was one leader all other leaders should emulate, it's Putin. Russia is a stronger willed nation than anything progressives would ever create.
