Why would the US care about what the dictator Putin does in Russia? Why would any other nation care? You don't operate foreign policy on those grounds, you operate it on how you can promote your own country's wellbeing. Any politician outside the organised criminal state called Russia can feel bad about this, but that's as far as it goes. They can't act on those feelings of revulsion, that's foreign policy by emotion and guaranteed to fail. Russia is a multiparty democracy that is so democratic they even put video cameras in the poling stations so people could monitor the conduct of the election on the internet & Putin was democratically elected president in a multiple candidate election unlike in the US were you have only a two candidate election for president & a de facto two party state where the candidates for presidential nomination are forced to swear loyalty to the small state of Israel to have any hope of being elected (let alone being a candidate). How can the US be regarded as a free nation when the potential presidents of the US are forced to swear loyalty publicly to another nation?
