Simply put, you have a civilian put between a lawyer, now proven to be corrupt and a liar, and a partisan dual justice department run by Alvin Bragg.
A fair question to ask is in America 2.0, "what was Alvin Bragg offered to continue the trial?"
The original prosecutor* dumped it for the juice not being worth the squeeze.
*Cyrus Vance - a wealthy man who needed no career favors, or money.

If Trump wins, He'll have a victory for himself and if he loses, He'll have to pay for it. He won't be able to get out of it. He'll be in the doghouse if you know what I mean.

He paid a bribe from campaign funds and then lied about it — all while married — and all to not hurt his election chances (election interference).

Don’t worry though, when he loses all of you can scream political prosecution!

Why did Republicans try and impeach Clinton again?

Why do you keep repeating that false statement?

He used his PERSONAL money not CAMPAIGN money and both the FEC and DOJ found no campaign finance violation.

Perjury, obstruction of justice, subordination of perjury and witness tampeeihg in a federal civil rights sexual harassment and assualt court case.

    what's your point?

Bragg, Like Willis, is hoping to use the trial as street cred for higher office. Win, or lose, they can say "I had the balls to go after the Bad Orange Man".

    No he didn't...lol.

Ask 5 anti-Trumpers what Trump did wrong to be indicted in New York and you'll get 5 different answers. If you challenge all 5 answers, you'll get 10.

    Yes, he did…lol.

It’s defined as campaign money because it would be too easy for a scumbag like the Orange Butthole to use, e.g., his lawyer’s money to buy a pornography star’s silence if it wasn’t broadly defined. I know you and BluesClues have been told that before, but seem to ignore it so you can make these bad arguments.

Why does Donald want to avoid trial so badly? Does he not have enough diapers on hand?

I do love that you left the key items out of your post.
When he is convicted on those I’ll point you back to this post

Will the Orange Colon be convicted? Will you vote for a convicted felon if he gets convicted?

Something like 20% of people polled said they would no longer vote for him once he is convicted and polls already seem to be shifting towards Biden.

Unless Republicans figure out a way to crash the economy or steal an election (successfully unlike their last attempt) then they might be in for a disappointing year.

    So?
    Let me get this straight?
2 People named ANDREW CHERKASKY & KATIE CHERKASKY have an OPINION on Trump's Case?
BY ANDREW CHERKASKY & KATIE CHERKASKY, OPINION CONTRIBUTORS
Cool...Thx for bringing that to everyone's attention...
I am sure that if I searched hard enough that I could find Dozens of OPINION Columnists with a Different OPINION...
Personally, I DISAGREE with their OPINION...
I find it legally flawed and downright idiotic...
But, I am a patient person and I am willing to stand by whatever the Jury decides.

Thanks, Bill. But that’s not what the law says, my friend. The law defines that blatant hush money payoff as campaign money. *sad face*

Your analysis is like Rudy’s. LOL!

Trump has an uphill climb. Will you still vote for him? I hope you have some integrity and answer “no”.

If it was campaign money, then Cohen was wrongfully convicted of a campaign finance violation.

The different versions of the story just keep rolling in...lol

It doesn't have to be in order to be a campaign contribution. You aren't taking your legal advice from Giuliani again, are you?

    What?

Of course he pid a bribe! She solicited one, and Trump paid.

He did it in aid of his campaign, to forestall any additional fallout as a result of Access Hollywood.

why did he launder the money through Cohen?

No, there are no other versions of Trump’s NY crimes. Get ready to scream about the jury being wrong or “paid off”, etc. I’m glad you won’t vote for Trump if he’s convicted.

Here's another version. You best tell NM it was a contribution and not campaign money. It was an in kind contribution, actually.
