    Good short summation of what it will be like for Trump during trial and on recess/when court is done for the day.
    What she'll be looking for and also in her opinion that jury selection will take about 2 weeks (Passover) and the defense will use issues with jurors to tell judge they can't get a fair trial.
    Oh, and that divine justice 24/7 "gag order" during the trial. lol

    Yup. By others, not by Trump's hand but by other's following Cohen's advice according to Bragg logic.
    So the crux of the argument in Bragg's case is Cohen was Trumps employee, and Cohen works for Trump, ergo, Trump is guilty.
    And lastly, Bragg has to, prove Trump knew he was doing something illegal.
    But even as the super haters and ever else understands by now, this is campaign connected lawfare. And America 2.0 destruction will continue long after Trump's term is over.
    Biden is cooked the day he leaves office, Obama is a good target for a general lawfare asset squeeze, then there is the democrats in congress like Pelosi. All of them can be dragged in for asset squeeze lawfare over past issues.

    See, here's the problem they have. It can't be campaign funds, if Cohen has already been convicted of has been convicted of using the money as a contribution.

    Do you really think diminished capacity is much better than incompetent? The bottom line is Biden wasn't charged because of his mental state and Hur thought the jurors would see him as being similar to Homer's Simpson's father.
