We both know you’re not remotely concerned about anything other than giving congress as little info as possible. You didn’t want them have any of the report, don’t want mueller to testify, you’re fine with the WH ignoring subpoenas...
I’m skeptical you even believe in co-equal branches at this point

Even better, release it to just the members of the House Judiciary Committee for starters.... they need to be able to discuss it among themselves to have any value.

Having Nadler by himself read it is essentially a meaningless gesture...

Everything testified to that is in the report is now public knowledge and he is free to repeat it in his own words if he so chooses.

And we know you know nothing about what I want and now have to make things up to try and salvage a lost argument. I want them to have everything the law allows them to have. Congress cannot subpoena someone to violate the law, where do you get the idea they can do so? Why do you want Congress to try and force someone to violate that? Because you really don't care about the law? I'm skeptical you even believe in the law at this point since you want it and the Constitution violated.

No he's not. And the President's right to assert executive privilege remains intact.

If it’s against the law reveal anything redacted why are they negotiating over what they can reveal??

In a letter to Nadler, Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd invited the chairman to a negotiation session on Wednesday to discuss an “acceptable accommodation” that would potentially give more lawmakers access to a less-redacted version of the report, in addition to “possible disclosure of certain materials” cited in Mueller’s report.

Because some have security clearances. The law says specifically the report is confidential to the AG, he doesn't have to release anything. Grand jury testimony is specifically protected under the law.

And just to throw this out, Trey Gowdy just noted that the DOJ policy prevents Mueller from discussing anything derogatory or any derogatory testimony or evidence against anyone who was not indicted or charged with a crime. So there is not much he can even say in that format under accepted DOJ policy. If the Democrats want to get him up there so they can ask questions in order to find dirt on Trump, they're not going to get it at least if Mueller follows the DOJ rules of conduct.

So the law doesn’t prevent its release it just leaves it up to the AG? Is that your new answer?

Mueller's report SAYS WHAT IT SAYS. Conversely, it DOESN'T SAY WHAT IT DOESN'T SAY.

If Mueller tries to 'walk it back' now, he'll only make a stupid, partisan stooge out of himself, and everybody but rabid, America-hating Democrats will know it immediately!

But don't be surprised at anything they try... remember only a few short months ago at the rotten, underhanded sh!t they tried so hard to leverage to destroy Brett Kavanaugh!

Show me the limiting language or ruling. What court has ruled that if a President allows testimony in one case he can no longer exert it in another case, show me where Article Two says that, you know the Article Courts have used to affirm Presidential and other high officials claims of executive privilege.

Why do you claim it is a new answer? That has been the case from the get go do get familiar with the law and some better news reporting.

In fact he as he TESTIFIED stretch the rules, the law to release it. But there is NO requirement in the Special Counsel law for him to release it and in fact requires the Special Prosecutor release a CONFIDENTIAL report to the AG, CONFIDENTIAL. That means Congress doesn't automatically get it nor can they demand it. BUT HE GAVE IT TO THEM and released it to the public except for the rare parts that fell under the four legally protected areas. The Mueller office was part of the team that made those determinations. That team left unredacted 98% of part two. What is it exactly that you think is hiding in that 2%. And the senior members of both houses have access to even less redacted.

AG Barr not legally required to release full Mueller report, Alan Dershowitz tells Sean Hannity
    https://www.foxnews.com/politics/ag-barr-not-legally-required-to-release-full-mueller-report-alan-dershowitz-tells-sean-hannity

So what is the issue, why are the Democrats so highly invested in this what is the end game? Are they just afraid of what Barr is going to find out about the REAL collusion and foreign influence into the election with the aid of some corrupt officials? That's where they DON'T want this to go?

I’m glad you’re no longer claiming it’s againsf the law and that it’s just up to Barr.

If Trump were smart, he'd make an announcement tomorrow that would throw the entire Democrat Party (and chickenshit, back-stabbing RINO's) into a panic... something like this:

"Time to stop wasting time on your 'Ouija board' fantasies about the small portion of the 'Mueller Report' that was redacted for national security reasons. Now, I'm giving you the whole, entire, unredacted 'Mueller Report' -- HERE IT IS! Nothing is removed, nothing is protected from foreign scrutiny, everything is wide-open, right down to the last dotted-i and crossed-t.

Thanks to every slimebag Democrat-sympathizer in government, everything's been leaked already, and every foreign intelligence agency worth a damn already knows everything that's in it. So, grab a fork and dig in, since you hateful sons-of-bitches have nothing more important to do anyway...."

Barr won't stop Mueller. It will be the democrats. They do not want to really hear the truth. Why do you think zero democrats took Barr up on his offer to see the redacted report in private. Not a single one wants to give up their hope that somehow some where some way they can point to collusion.
No, they do not want Mueller to be asked any tough questions by Republicans.

Right on!. However, many Democrats will also ask Mueller tough questions trying to find out why he screwed up so badly.
