"Chimping out"? Is that what Sabs say black teens these days? Martin KNEW he wasn't doing anything criminal and did nnot come from a gang culture so asking 'why are you following me' is rational... He didn't ambush and beat George.

Could you translate that into syntactically correct communication?
It would be unfortunately for him it looks like this Isn't what he did
    Prove it.

His body was over 40 feet south of the T.... George's injuries were minor.. and the DNA is missing.

That is not proof that Martin did not attack Zimmerman,

It means George is a liar.. with a LONG history of lying and a history of violent outbursts.

That's all you are....a fertilized egg. Do you like it? The murdered babies would have liked not being murdered too. But you are selfish....narcissist...no room for anyone else in your world.

Trayvon was a thug. How many would he have killed if allowed to live?

That is precisely what we have here. There is no verdict of "innocent", only "not guilty", which means not proven.

Yet O'Mara decided to forego the Immunity hearing because the defense would have had to call George to the stand and the State would have ripped him several new ones using his own recorded inconsistencies and lies against him.

Maybe you weren't aware but Shellie has been added to the State's witness list and she's flipped and will testify against her husband because she knows that the State has enough evidence against him and there's no need for her to sacrifice her future and be convicted of perjury.

It looks as if George's friends are abandoning him right and left.

At least Big Bubba will be all the family that George needs after he goes to jail.

It's a given and fate ordained that Zimmerman be found guilty. Otherwise there will be riots and destruction. Who wouldn't prefer that Zimmerman go to prison rather than suffer through riots and destruction?

One way or another he will be guilty. The police made their call and let him go. The story got out and he was branded as a racist in all the hype so the people practically formed a lynch mob so he was called in anyway. If he gets acquitted it will just be another lynchmob.

He can't complain if he gets convicted, after all, it is god's plan.

Now that is a supremely idiotic post!

This young man was a thug who attacked a guy who was just trying to keep his neighborhood safe.
Hopefully we will not see a lynching by jury come out of this.

In retrospect everyone can see something they may have done differently, but the fact remains that this young man attacked Zimmerman and Zimmerman protected himself. If you consider race an issue at all in this case, then YOU are the racist!

And you know this how? Is this some knowledge imparted to you merely by virtue of Martin being black?

George's situation is his own fault. He had no business profiling, stalking, and assaulting kids.

Martin's situation is his own fault. He had no business assaulting neighbourhood watch volunteers.

Zimmerman was right to be suspcious of Martin because Martin was clearly an agrressive criminal

Zimmerman had a history of violence. It was only a matter of time until he killed an innocent.

So that is what you call walking through your own neighborhood and being observant?

My prediction is that he will be found innocent. I just don't think there was enough hard evidence and no witnesses to the entire crime beyond him and the dead kid. Even though it is waived for now; I suspect it's going to come down to stand-your-ground / castle doctrine laws that are already on the books giving him the right to respond how he did.

    He already did do that.

Nope, that's what I call profiling, persuing, assaulting, and shooting an unarmed kid.

In a case not involving capital murder, is the jury only 12 folks or do only 6 folks have to think he was guilty? I always thought all felonies were 12 folks and all 12 had to agree or else they had to do the whole trial again with a new jury.

I'm not sure juries always get it right. And example of that is OJ. I read OJ's book and it is fair to say OJ admitted doing the deed in his book. I think that perhaps the jury let him go because he was Black and beloved in California. The jury had to have heard it was OJ's blood at the scene and his ex wife's blood in his truck. In line with that bizarre ruling from the jury, It is possible to me that Zimmerman could be found guilty because he was White and shot a Black kid (if the jury is Black).

In Florida its a 6 person jury unless the defense petitions for 12 jurors...........
