This is the dumbest topic that has ever been posted on the internet. Not one single sane person alive thinks nuclear war will be the result of these sanctions. Not even one.

 

Why do Russians post like this? Is it an education problem, or some sort of cultural thing? Making what looks to be an advertisement out of your post is something I have never seen done on any forum, except here. The font changes, the colored letters, the bizarre format, and bolding of the first letter, makes this read like the words of a complete lunatic. It's like reading one of those ransom letters where they cut out each letter from a magazine, and then paste them to the letter.

Russian gas always came into Europe through Ukraine. When the mafia criminals in Ukraine refused to pay their gas bills and it was shut off, they began stealing gas from the pipes running into Europe. This caused Russia to stop all the gas flow, so in order to keep it from happening again, Putin decided to stop all transit through Ukraine and began negotiating with Bulgaria to have the gas go into southern and central Europe through what was known as Southstream.

This was a great boom for Bulgaria, since it is the poorest nation in the EU. Tens of thousands were working on building the pipelines, and as a transit state it would have brought in billions a year. Suddenly Bulgaria was paid a visit by either McCain or Biden and the president of Bulgaria was either threatened or bribed, because he stopped the construction. Of course it caused a political crises in the country...

Putin then decided on Turkstream, so now Washington decided to stop that with sanctions as well as the extra pipes for Northstream so it can sell its own gas which of course is much more expensive. The new sanctions are illegal, but I guess Washington considers these things competitive. Yeah it is competition if you're a mafia don and have a criminal mentality... which doesn't say much for Washington.

America is the most hated country in the world? Only by its enemies which you apparently are one.

America has more allies, friends and business partners than Russia could ever dream of. America is the rock star of the world. Other countries like Russia want to be a rock star but they don't have what it takes. Russia is only a shadow of what it once was. It is half the size of the old USSR and has half the population. It has one-tenth of the imagination and drive of America.

As for hate, as long as forty years ago, I used to meet refugees from the Eastern Bloc. They made no bones of their hatred for everything Russian. Though Russia does indeed project its weaponry and limited force when Putin decides it will make a good show, the actual effect on world powers is no longer large. The fact they have Nukes is really the only scary aspect, but nukes are useless unless suicide is the goal.
