I don't know about him, but that would apply to me. However, feral dogs see things different.

The gun is imprinting on the cloth.

The gun is not printing anything.

You need a printing press to print. Or at the very least a pencil or pen.

How the morons we elect to be legislators come up with some of their words is a mystery to me.

    The vernacular sucks too.

The gun geeks get all bent out of shape when you say "handgun".

But as R.Lee Ermey explains in his history channel shows, "a handgun is a gun you can shoot with one hand !!!"

You strike me as a gun geek. That's why you seem to be hung up on the takie talk.

You strike me as immature and unaware....If gun geek means an instructor for statewide law enforcement agencies and concealed carry citizens, Guilty as charged. Words matter and flippant comments otherwise indicate a lack of maturity and a lack of respect for laws. But hey I will school pro gun and anti gun...stupid is as stupid does, eh?

Well if you teach law enforcement that makes you one of the best of the best. These instructors know what they are doing.

The penchant for terminology was probably drilled into you at the academy then. Answers my question. Thanks.

The whole printing matter is somewhat exaggerated, Why ?
Today people carry cell phones and other devices, I have always carried a full sized sidearm most of the time, printed etc.. and am never questioned about it.

Where I live, about 16% of the adult population has a CCP, so you figure in public a large portion of them are carrying at any given time, nobody seems concerned...I can spot a lot of them, but I find it a positive thing not something to be alarmed about.

For the most part, people are busy with their own lives, talking, texting, generally being distracted or focused on other things. The average Joe rarely pays attention to if you are printing or not.

True, and unfortunately, many people lack situational awareness, the first arrow in your quiver.

That is tragically true. I spent several years working at a retail firearms store, carrying a full-size pistol on my hip (seriously full size; a Glock 17 with a Trijicon RMR and a Surefire light) openly displayed. The number of times people would be asking me questions about carry options and I would indicate the pistol as part of describing my carry rig they would almost inevitably jump in surprise to even realize I was armed. And this would often be after several minutes of talking with them!

This crap is so intellectually dishonest it disgusts me. The anti-gunners pee all over themselves over the NRA "wanting to arm terrorists" without acknowledging there is no Due Process to be put on the "terrorist watch list" and even small children have been placed on the terror watch list. Ted Kennedy was on the terror watch list. There is no notification you're on the list, no way to appeal your inclusion on the list, and apparently no legal standard for being placed on the list... but we're supposed to accept people being arbitrarily stripped of their Constitutional rights.

Not to mention they completely ignore the last 8 years of democrats ignoring the US Justice system and having two consecutive MVP's for "most corrupt AG in history".

Running guns to Mexico. Ignore that. Running guns to the phillippines. Ignore that. Running guns to ISIS. Ignore that.

No, they want to blame the NRA for promoting legal gun ownership, responsibility, and wanting our BoR protected 2nd Amendment rights recognized. Yeah, THOSE guys are the devil. Sure.
