Would the Dutch/Swedish/English or the Danish accept a black king?

If England became a separate country, it would be dominated by London, which is reasonably liberal about such issues, as long as the pigs are not kept off the trough, and a 'black' king or queen would be quite possible, though a Russian millionaire criminal one would be more likely. It is a long time downstream, however, since marriages and such have to be arranged. The rest of the UK probably wouldn't be bothered, but I doubt anyone there cares much for these clotheshangers, apart from quite respecting the present one.
