Donald Trump is known for not paying contractors in full for work that has been completed. He has been sued many times for this. By carpenters, painters, plumbers, etc. With this in mind, if you were a contractor, would you do work for Donald Trump?
Sure... He is a billionaire, tons of money to be made. I'd cover my bases of course to make sure I won't get screwed but I cover my bases in any business transaction with anyone. If morons mess up and get taken advantage of, they have no one else to blame and should probably not be in business....or choke it up to experience.
nothing wrong with expecting to be paid in full if you complete the work as per specification. although now maybe they should create "Trump Insurance", to pay for any lost payment for co0mpleted work, due to greed or dishonesty. yes, all contractors should be required to have General Liability, Workmen's Compensation, Builder's Risk, and Trump Insurance.
They should have a contract specifying the work to be completed per specification in every detail and with every deadline.... Joke is on them if they don't. Nothing to do with Trump of course, it's business and a contract is a contract. Them saying the job is completed per specification and job being completed per specification are often two entirely different things.
The only complaints by employees has been against Hillary Clinton. She physically assaults them, hitting them. Shouts obscenities. Throws tantrums at them. In the Secret Service being assigned to her was considered punishment. Many, many people who have worked for Trump speak highly of him. You do not grasp the concept between a corporation, a stockholder and an individual.
Uncle Ferd wantin' to know... ... do he need someone to... ... wring his farts outta his shirt-tails?
If he paid up front, sure. That takes care of the concern, I think... I'd rather not work for a guy as scummy and greedy as him, though. I'd be afraid he'd find a way to exploit me.
Yes they have someone else to blame. The fact one can reaily find an easy mark, does not turn most people into scum or slime who take advantage. The fact one does not put up cameras in a store or ink tags, does not turn most people into shoplifters. That is because most people have a conscience and think their honest conduct will still win them profit without losing their basic integrity. That is the ultimate goal in business. The entire blame when someone decides to cheat a customer, lands on the person who decides to do the cheating. The entire blame for someone who reneges on a business promise lays on the man who will not keep his word. Its convenient for the takers to blame their marks. But their behavior is the direct cause of a rip-off.
most people who have worked for him say he treats them well the way an employer should so yeah,I would like to work for him.
This poll isn't about employees. It's about contractors doing work for him. And it's definitely not about Hillary.
Nope... He has a long history of cheating vendors, contractors, employees, investors and students. He just another suit against Paint Spot in Doral, Florida for $300 K.........
Trump, as a contractor, expects certain things, then primarily honesty. On time and at estimated cost the most often missed by sub contractors, failing in their own contract obligations. IMO, missing completion dates or cost seem to be the norm for Government jobs, and one reason, so many are openly campaigning against Trump, their going to miss their Gravy Train...
As I suspected, "yes no doubt" is in the lead. This makes sense, since Trump is a great human being, a great leader and will be a great POTUS.
