Unfortunately, a Supreme Court should not lean Right or Left, it should be impartial.
I don't think it is justice to be able to predict, without any legal education, the decision of the Supreme Court based on who the decision would benefit.

Trump Bragged to the Russians he fired Comey over the investigation.
Comey failed the "loyalty" test.

 

If Trump worked with Russians to get information about Hillary's activities it isn't illegal, no matter what anyone says. It would be illegal if Trump conspired with the Russians to hack the DNC only because hacking the DNC is illegal.

 

Miss handling of classified documents/information. You know, like this sailor that took photos, but never disseminated them anywhere, unlike Hillary.

I think following the Money is why this case will be closed and Trump won't get the book thrown at him. He often bragged about being a donor to many in congress after all so who knows how many in congress both GOP and Democrat have something to hide once things really get down to business. 6 months is far too early to tell in an investigation this vast that has to do with a conspiracy theory.
