Woah! That is awesome. - - - Updated - - - That assault weapon should be banned. It's too scary looking. (Sarcasm)
Sighting in tomorrow! - - - Updated - - - Heh. There will be some here in California who would say just that. But I am saved by the bolt... for now.
Well, considering I've never hit anything I wasn't aiming at, I'd say that highly unlikely. But thanks for your concern.
We've done a thousand yard challenge the last few years with winner getting a t-shirt and bragging rights for a year. This year we are upgrading to a mile. Each person shoots every rifle, best shot of three counts. This year we're throwing a wrench and one of my antiques is being used...I'm thinking my trapdoor Springfield or one of my Remington falling blocks...Should be interesting.
C'mon, asking those questions - you'll likely shoot your eye out kid.. lol. Everyone knows that is a tool you use to make mashed potatoes. - - - Updated - - - I got an AR 12.
But this is a civilian weapon, no? You're unlikely to meet a terrorist .... the last ones had jetliners. - - - Updated - - - Oh, OK. I thought it was some kind of recoil suppressor.
Hah! I was right. What do you really use the weapon for though? Not hunting, surely? That would be a normal bolt action rifle.
Shooting, having fun... Always good for defense if there was ever a conflict. Er, to prevent other countries, er hostiles from trying to invade us..... Would you invade a country when the populace is armed with weaponry like that? Good deterrent
Mostly..... Like fishing. But it's always nice to know you can defend yourself if something were to happen, so it's duel purpose...
This is a civilian and military weapon system. Also, private contractors use them overseas as well. In the US, you can use them for hunting, target shooting...etc.
lol... What do you want a 50 for?..... It's an unusual gun for protection, unless you enjoy blowing up watermelons which is fun.
