Facsinating. Do you have any other random things that hadn't come up that you want to mention that your hate? You know, like liebrills, or pollution of our Precious Bodily Fluids?

{I have a prediction about how you'll respond to this. We'll see if I'm right.)

If that's the case, why aren't countries like Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Egypt etc high on the list provided?

Did you notice most of the countries on the list are 3rd world African nations?

I gather you argue very dishonestly in asking such a ridiculously loaded question. But there's a lot of that going around.

Iraq is not a Sharia state, neither was Egypt until the Brotherhood, as for Iran and Saudi Arabia child marriage is perfectly legal, and in Jordan the state does not get involved.

Northwest and Northeast African states actually. I suggest you look at a map.

Random? No this thread is about a specific instance of child rape which is codified in the entirety of all five schools of Islamic jurisprudence. Now continue doing mental gymnastics to defend this backwardness rather than flatly stating that it's wrong. It's laughable at this point.

The age of marriage for females has been going up for over 15 years.

There was .. several years ago.. an incident of an old man marrying a very young girl. Saudi Arabia erupted in protest.

    Where is child rape codified?

When the primary source is working for the occupiers and aggressors then their testimony must be taken with a grain of salt, that's historical analysis 101.

The hell you didn't, you claimed in a previous thread that ancient Egyptians were Arabs.

    http://www.politicalforum.com/showthread.php?t=291603&page=55&p=1063058389#post1063058389

The people living in Egypt with roots to the ancient Egyptians are called the Maronites and they are being ethnically cleansed as we speak.

And by this you mean numerous genetic studies published in peer reviewed scientific journals showing a direct lineage of modern Jews to the neolthic Levant.

Can you provide me the excerpt from the Book of the Dead which is the 10 Commandments?

In response to my statement that Sharia permits child rape you called it compassionate, and now you continue to have no valid rebuttal. Yes the Sharia permits the rape of children as young as 9 in accordance with the actions of Mohammad, none of your digression will change that proven fact.

A common history, culture, language, and in most cases a common religion and genetic lineage. It's the same things that encompass any ethnicity.

And this is what fumbling apologetics for legalized pedophilia look like people, learn it well.

Not only a lie, but an overt lie in apology for child rape, there is no age of consent in Saudi Arabia, child rape is legal in Saudi Arabia under the Sharia, there are no protests.

Top Saudi cleric: OK for young girls to wed

All five schools of Islamic Jurisprudence in accordance with the Hadith, name one that puts the age of consent above 9.

There were literally hundreds of letters to the editor in every Saudi newspaper protesting that child marriage.

Did you fall for the "top Saudi cleric" business?

And those are clearly not the 10 commandments of the Israelites are they?

I am the Lord, your God.
Thou shall bring no false idols before me.
Do not take the name of the Lord in vain.
Remember the Sabbath and keep it holy.
Honor thy father and thy mother.
    Thou shall not kill/murder†.
    Thou shall not commit adultery.
    Thou shall not steal††.
Thou shall not bear false witness against your neighbor
Thou shall not covet‡ your neighbor's wife (or anything that belongs to your neighbor).

Niger and Chad, top of the list, although Muslim, where Sharia law plays no part in the legal system.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Use_of_Sharia_by_country.svg

Neither does India, Nicaragua, Nepal and Dominican Republic all have high incidences of under 18 marriages but aren't Islamic countries.

I didn't need to look at any map to know most of the countries on the list are in Africa. Your point being?

    Let's see one.

lol you mean the law in Saudi Arabia? I didn't fall for it but the Saudis did and they abide by it.

All Hadiths including Aisha's state that she was 9 at consummation, you are posting apologetics and nothing more,

The assertion that the Sharia is not used in Nigeria and Chad is simply laughable and not based on any semblance of reality, not really worthy of a rebuttal.

And can you show me where it is justified under their respective systems of legislation and jurisprudence?

Most of those countries are in Northeast and Northwest Africa, IE Islamic Africa.

Sorry.. I am not going to dig up that information for you.. I read the Saudi newspapers several time a week.. and I wouldn't know where to begin... or even what year it was.

How much time have you spent in KSA?

Marriages are delayed now because of higher education for women.. and family size is getting smaller.

Do you know any Saudi women?

So we'll just take your word for it then because you have proven to be such an honest and forthright contributor to this forum.

Anecdotal evidence is no evidence at all. Can you provide me the name and quote of the member of the House of Saud who protested child rape in the kingdom?

Do you know any Saudi women who are allowed to show their face in public?

Certainly I know women who show their face in public.. The young Saudi journalist who followed me around with her camera crew didn't cover her face or her hair.

Are you familiar with the Al Nadha Society and their work?

How many years were you in KSA?

I notice that you skipped the historical evidence for Aisha being older.

They didn't keep birth records in Arabia until somewhat recently.

    Can you prove otherwise?

Therefore under age marriages are cultural and not religious or even supported under the law.

Countries where subsistence agriculture is the prime method of food production, people have children much earlier and more of them, because of high infant mortality and subsistence agriculture is very labour intensive. Bangladesh is a prime example.

I'm aware of this. Your point being?

Provide photos or video of women in the Kingdom openly flaunting the veil law, I'll be waiting with baited breath. Your assertions get more comical by the week.

Well then I'm sure you have a photo.

Have they gotten women the right to drive or leave the home not accompanied by a man in the Kingdom.

Tell us more about the freedom of women and religion in the Kingdom since you are such an expert.

It wasn't evidence, I provided the rebuttal to your laughable claims, every single solitary Hadith puts her age at 9 including the testimony in Aisha's own Hadith.

Aisha didn't know how old she was when she was married to Mohammad? So is the entire Hadith of Aisha invalid? And if her Hadith is invalid then aren't all Hadith's invalid? Let's keep going down this slippery slope Margot, I want to get to the end where the inevitable conclusion is that yes the Koran itself is invalid and Mohammad is likely a fictional character. Come come Margot, can I say that in public streets in the Kingdom? Be honest for once.

If there's one thing I always give the Christians credit for, it's (mostly) reforming their cult. Islam should do the same.

I mean, it's obvious that from a what-was-actually-written perspective value the Bible and Quran both demand unspeakable things of their followers, but it's all about ignoring the doctrine and bringing yourself into the modern world as much as possible, even if it means you all deserve hell according to your own belief system.

I myself quite like the Middle East and North Africa. Beautiful part of the world, I might even live there for a while if it wasn't such a ****hole :p

and i thought you were going to bring up that he was considered a 'jew'
Arabs? The whole region is 'arab'. Israel is an 'arab' land. But you dont like that even knowing that it is of 'historical analysis 101'
    I call them egyptians.
'jews'....? Any lineage of human being can be a 'jew' (religious observant of judaism) but there is no such thing as a lineage of 'jews' purely because judaism is a belief system, not a sub species of human beings.

Only Edit/Rule 3 still consider 'jew' as a divided class of human beings.
    for you????? Edit/Rules 3 and 9

You are not a person that needs assistance. You are selfish and have no intent to learn what is real.
    Sure i do.
You needs to read more. Can you show the line items of historical record representing that muhammad 'raped' or approved of 'rape' to any child?

So you agree that israel has been in full swing of ethnic cleansing of palestine?

Go ahead; try honesty.. i know each are capable but lets see if you have the yahoos.
go to tel aviv................. I am sure the capital of whores in the 'holy land' with be able to provide the entertainment for everything from adultry, pedophilia and even queers (sword fights and bumping donuts), for you.

I know you hate anything islam, muslim, dirt kissers or what have you but do yu have the yahoos to condemn the bigots of israel for oppression, hate, and the concentration camp (gaza)?

    Edit/Rules 2 and 3

Women of a certain age frequently don't cover their faces.

When did you live in Arabia and how far and wide did you range?

Absolutely, that's why I said you're not even worthy of a rebuttal, because it's common knowledge,

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sharia_in_Nigeria

Therefore bla bla bla bla, under all five schools of jurisprudence under the Sharia the age of consent is taken from the example of Mohammad and Aisha at the age of 9, that is religion and ideological not cultural anyway you try to slice it or obfuscate the situation

Hmm, what's the infant mortality rate in Saudi Arabia again?

That child marriage is legal under the Sharia which has been my point all long, don't be intentionally obtuse.

The state does not interfere with the Sharia courts regarding civil affairs in the majority of Islamic countries. Your list puts Iran's age of consent at 18 which is a flat out lie:
