I note actual instances of voter suppression. "Other side" does not enter into creating obstacles to prevent specific demographics of Americans from voting.

Such methods can be de iure, as in the cases of Georgia and North Dakota that were cited, or de facto as in the Florida instance.

 

If such a requirement effectively prohibited a specific demographic from gun ownership at a much higher rate than the general populace - say, 80% of Armenian-Americans vs 30% of everyone else - it would be discriminatory. Contriving such targeted hurdles is one method of voter suppression.

 

As explained in your OP, it is due to the rural area, same for me. It isn’t a difficult hurdle. A utility bill, or vehicle registration showing both addresses should suffice.

Many Latin American immigrants come from countries where racism has recently been, or has yet to be, de-institutionalized. In Latin America, according to Tanya Hernandez, professor of law at Fordham University, “both law and practice have discriminated against the region’s (Latin America) 150 million Afro-descendants.”

I grocery shop twice a week...I'm fine. But I am concerned about minority voter suppression which is happening in my state and greatly affects my family. Do you have any credible evidence of voter suppression by Hispanic or black Americans against other voters? Because its happening all over the country towards minorities from one specific group. And do try not to obfuscate...I asked a very specific question about something actually relevant that minorities are very concerned about 2 weeks before midterms.
