    This time in Connecticut in the case of: Pedersen v. Office of Personnel Management

    “having considered the purported rational bases proffered by both BLAG and Congress and concluded that such objectives bear no rational relationship to Section 3 of DOMA as a legislative scheme, the Court finds that no conceivable rational basis exists for the provision. The provision therefore violates the equal protection principles incorporated in the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution.”

    I think DOMA section 3 will be history by end of June 2013.

    The book is absolutely unchallengeable, the first edition came out in 1995, the Gayocrats tried to discredit the book but they quickly realized that it was pointless. They resort to do what they do best, bullying the authors and using fascist methods to try to prevent Scott Lively from getting the word out.

    It's very simple: "Accept the Civilization Destroying Virus get destroyed by the Civilization Destroying Virus". If there was nothing wrong with this obvious mental-sexual malfunction it would have been accepted looooong time ago.

    The difference between your posts and someone with maturity of thought is that you don't know when to pause, ask yourself if what you're about to say next is contributory to healthy discussion or just divisive... and then not post.

The Constitution never mentions homosexuality anywhere and if you are going to broaden the "equal protection under the law" clause to include sexual preferences which were never intended then you cannot discriminate against ANY sexual preference regardless of the laws that ban them since DOMA bans states from recognizing gay marriage.

    This is the fallacy of the far left.

    If the court found DOMA unconstitutional because marriage is not a federal issue, I would agree. If they found a right to perversion, then I would disagree and call it a PC decision. This smells like the later case making it a crap decision.

So you think that DOMA a constitutionally constucted law that passed the house and the senate and signed by a president should be upheld in a false due process and not swept aside by emotional and irrelavent social engineering by unprincipled judges? Thats good to know. That it does no harm is a false narrative that I reject because it is pure bovine scat.

    Gay people fail to realize that in Both Soviet Russia and Nazi Germany homosexuals were used in the initial movements to establish state control and authjoritarian rule, and then in both places they were either outright executed or thrown into concentration camps or gulags for being what they are and what they represent, moral degeneration.

    You're almost 100% correct. The core of the Nazi party was all homosexual of the "butch" type (aka macho homosexuals) the only ones they repressed were "femmes" (aka feminine homosexuals) and they did it mostly to cover up for the many homosexual scandals that were hurting the Nazi Party.

    The difference between "butch" and "femmes" is extremely important to understand this super dangerous mental-sexual illness. And by the way, this 2 groups of homosexuals hate each other while hypocritically making the rest of us bow down to their mental-sexual illness.
