Careful - "no votes were changed" - referred to the voting machines themselves. What was the objective of the Russian effort was the Hacking of the DNC, releasing emails to hurt the Hillary, having Russian "Bots" spread false news reports to hurt Hillary, etc - Votes were changed by persuading voters based on false information about Hillary - how many, we don't know. The is no existing evidence that Trump himself colluded with the Russians - 1) The investigation isn't over 2) There is LOTS of evidence that points to collusion by people very involved with the Trump campaign - Manafort, Carter Page, Kushner, Flynn, and others - again, the fat lady hasn't sung - yet.
The simple truth is it doesn't matter how Comey felt. Did Trump tell him to stop the investigation? No he didn't, at best it can be considered ambiguous.
