If there is still big concern about Covid and kids as vectors for it, keep the schools doing remote schooling. That is certainly more effective than masks ever could be.

On the other hand, at a certain point we will have to accept that Covid is here to stay and get back to normal society.

Keep politics out of this as much as possible.

Oh and if you want to make kids wear masks, do it for the right reasons: Because we don't want to see their evil little faces as they plot to take our jobs.
