Did she say harass or make hostile remarks towards them? Were threats made? Is there a difference between what she said and what the individual said towards a private citizen by saying "they will spit in their face" and "wait outside" for them?

I don't like Waters and I think she is foul mouthed, but nothing she said was criminal compared to threatening to spit on someone and waiting for them outside.

 

And these are the same people that want Twitter unfettered in the name of 'free speech'. Can you imagine multiple versions of that dude free to attack whoever they want online?

I can see that you would prefer to censor people. All fine and dandy...until they come for your speech. Then you'll wish you had stood up for others speech also.

 

Some people are idiots and say stupid things. Ignore them and move on with your life.
How this became news is beyond me. This kind of stuff basically happens in every school, every day. Not news.
They were filming themselves going through the menu at a burger place. Get a life. No one wants to see someone else going through a menu at a burger place. If they do, then they also need to get a life.
If the police need stuff to do, like investigate this incident, they should come to Albuquerque and find stuff that really needs to be investigated.

In post #91 I posted how to see all three of the video if you are interested in the full story. I also gave a brief synopsis of what was on the video but there is nothing better than watching it yourself.

The problem I have with your post is how judgemental it is. She is a content creator on TikTok and has followers who does like to watch her videos. The strange thing is you are criticizing her posting on social media and people watching her content and responding to her post on social media while posting on social media and then you tell them to get a life.

Never been to TikTok, never wanted to go to TikTok. My statements stand. If you enjoy watching people do ordinary things, then you should get a life. Yes, I should get a life for posting here because I'm reading about someone who video's themselves reviewing a menu. If only I had someone that would call me a name so that I could be offended my life would be complete.

 

Again you should watch the video and then maybe you would realize the person did not just call them a name and leave. The perp was a 40 year of guy. The 2 people EATING were either teens or in there early 20s. If those were your children and you were in that restaurant how would you react to the situation?
