He committed a thought crime. Leftist lawmakers are really cracking down on thought crimes.

Because the 1st Amendment. Just because you don't like what someone says doesn't mean they don't have the right to say it.

Oh, totally. The first amendment definitely was designed to allow racism to be spewed at folks on private property.

I grew up in Washington state, and my slanted eyes earned me some teasing & derision here and there. Which I've always found a little surprising; there's no shortage of Asians on the Pacific Rim.

I commend Ms. Kim & her friend for their conduct with the dou¢hebag, particularly laughing at him. That's always been my favored tactic. It's too bad they're in the SanFran area, where they are unlikely to be armed. Me, not so much.

I'm sure you also don't recall Waters telling a mob of her supporters that when they see anyone from that cabinet ( meaning elected Republican officials ) anywhere in public at the gasoline station in a restaurant or a grocery store.... That you get out and you form a crowd and you push back on them and you let them know they're not welcome anymore anywhere.

. But I think you're right because it was Obama that told people to get in people's faces . And to bring a gun to a knife fight

Absolutely. Unpopular speech is exactly why the 1st Amendment exists.

Apparently you have forgotten ACLU vs.Skokie? Sometimes free speech is ugly, however it is protected speech.

This dude has been arrested by the government. We're not talking about "private venues". We're talking about government thought police.

So the next time I get called "cracker" at work by a customer who didn't get their way 100% should I expect the world to stop spinning and call the police? In the two years that I've worked there I've been called "cracker" three times.

No of course I won't call the police because I'm not so damn sensitive. But I might turn around and call them the magic word and then they'll get all mad.

You must have a VERY broad definition of harassment. Especially considering in one instance the guy that was arrested was in his own car on the other side of the street.

Getting in people's faces and making veiled threats is the farthest thing from legal.

Seems Trump supporters favor acting like an immature bully deserves a defense.

For what? All i said is that it wasn't a thought crime. If he had just been thinking, then no one would even know what a turd this guy is.

Riiiiiigggghhhhttt......Your party's glass house is falling down around you with that statement. It is interesting though that you went from "harassment" to "veiled threats" (and ignoring that no one was assaulted at all).

Btw, I will always defend free speech. Doesn't matter if I like it, or hate it, I will always defend it. That's the difference between me, and leftists. They wish to censor things they disagree with, I wish to let the world know what an idiot looks like.

Agree that this should fall below the level of police attention. But it's not doxxing to show a picture of a suspect you're looking for and their license plate. That's asking the public for help finding them and has been standard as long as there have been pictures.

They should leave the drug dealers alone too. Unless those drug dealers are engaged in real crimes.
