I agree. However, if they ended up with only financial penalties, after the aggravating circumstance that he is calling for people to protest against the legal system, it would be travesty. It will likely be a misdemeanor. But he does need to do some prison time. And, in any case, when he's convicted for sedition, theft, etc... it will not be his first crime.
