There has never been an issue in our society of not taking rape claims seriously. They have always been taken exactly as seriously as the evidence allowed. Which is appropriate.

But that wasn’t enough and so was born the metoo movement, and the left wing “believe all women” perspective. Which the left pretends never happened.

 

Not necessarily. I do think the alleged victim should at minimum be questioned for a victim statement. If they can corroborate the story with other students that haven’t come forward that makes for an even better case.

I think this is one of the big reasons why we should encourage people (including men and boys) to immediately report sexual assaults so physical evidence can be taken.

The thing is this school and schools across the country created the opportunity for this rape to happen. By claiming to be a girl, the school probably made the rapist feel he was special - he probably got away with things just because his mental illness appeals to wokeism.

So libs, in the interest of women's safety along with decency, shouldn't men be kept of of women's safe spaces?

1) The ALLEGED "Rape" happened in October 2021, and was not immediately reported.
2) The Mother of the ALLEGED "Victim" found the journal several months later in April 2022.
3) The most recent date referenced in the article is July 2022:
