Female student alleges she was raped in trans-inclusive bathroom at New Mexico middle school

Here's a terrible crime that was allowed to occur due to liberal wokeism and the left going all out to appease the mentally ill.

This 12 year old girl was raped in the girl's bathroom by a guy claiming to be a girl. She says the school beat into her head that she had to embrace trannies and that caused her to let her guard down when she encountered a male student in the bathroom who then raped her. The school literally groomed her to be raped by that male student. This male student went on to rape two more girls but they're too afraid to speak up.

She then goes on to say she was afraid to report the rape because she would be attacked as being a bigot.

Are we still in the mode of women and survivors must be believed? Are the feelings of trannies more important than the feelings and discomfort of the girls who have to be in bathrooms and locker rooms with men?

Yes, it happened and was reported once, so let’s stop accepting and accommodating trans kids. It’s like the case of the pregnant woman in Texas who almost died because she couldn’t get a medically-needed abortion. Ao let’s stop this insanity over abortions too, right? Or are we hypocrites?

 

I'm not sure what you are going for here. Letting men in a girls bathroom is stupid. Denying a woman an abortion (if it could actually save her life) is also stupid. they are 2 totally different things though.

I guess they were more worried about learning than looking at little girls crotches? Also, the girl never told (for fear of being labeled a bigot). This only happened because the mom found her journal. I find lack of sympathy for this girl to be.....DISTURBING

 

I think there are more holes in this story than there was in her pants.

The police should investigate and if they find the guy guilty, they should lock him up for very long time. In America we have laws to deal with this kind of crime.

 

Let me get this correctly, I wouldn't want to miss anything.
1) The ALLEGED "Rape" happened in October 2021, and was not immediately reported.
2) The Mother of the ALLEGED "Victim" found the journal several months later in April 2022.
3) The most recent date referenced in the article is July 2022:

medical exam confirming evidence of Ray’s hymen being ripped as the result of trauma
^I've got news for anybody hanging their hat on a "medical exam" conducted several months after the ALLEGED "Rape"

We simply wanted it investigated by an unbiased party — I don’t think anyone will have an issue with this also being investigated.

The story seems strange and other remarks she made of “students pledging allegiance to the pride flag” and “normalcy of transgender people and gender dysphoria” seems to point to bias.

Odd that the parents are not pushing for this to be investigated.

I could be wrong but this stinks as bad as the Somelet case when I first heard it. Anyone that wasn’t pushing an agenda would agree something seems odd.

If they prove she was raped I hope he gets the same penalty that all rapists deserve.

This still isn’t a reason to punish legitimate trans people though. Y’all are wanting to punish law abiding citizens for the actions of someone that committed a crime.

 

Believe all women means take their story seriously and investigate appropriately. It doesn’t mean women don’t lie and it definitely doesn’t mean children don’t lie.

The fact that the (now 15 year old) isn’t the one reporting this but rather her mother only adds to the issue of finding facts in the case.
