Despite all the people moving out of Blue state, Blue state collect more FED tax and send them to RED state for people to liv eon Food stamp. People who liv eon Food stamps in Red state are not the problem, problem is policy. The wages are so low in Red state that you can work as much as you want , you still liv below poverty level.
