His brother received a $200,000 “loan” from an American company based upon his name and connections that he could procure a loan from the Middle East for the company. His brother, on the same day, sent that $200k to Joe as a “loan”. A bribe and a kickback.

So electors have to be provided before a certain deadline. Let’s ignore trump for a moment because everyone gets too emotional. Let’s assume in 2000 when we had the issue with the hanging chads, that the scotus couldn’t come to a decision until AFTER the deadline. Now let’s say Gore wins. How does Gore become president since he missed the elector deadline? He doesn’t have any electors. The solution to this are alternative electors. If there’s an issue with contested results, they’re to be provided so that if the party contesting wins, they won’t have missed the elector deadline. It’s not fraud, it’s a NECESSARY part of the political process.
Either way I’m sure we can find a crime or two in there that Hunter has committed and then charge his dad with RICO charges for engaging in a criminal enterprise. Right?
