I know what Trump is and I know what his policies were and are. That's why I voted for him twice and will a third time should it come to that,

It would be impossible for people to find proof on the internet but it is not hard to listen to the conversation and form an opinion. That's sort of what we do.

That you'll vote for the ONLY president that has ever been a threat to the peaceful transfer of power our Nation had always enjoyed, tells me all I care to know. :bye:

What conversation? Who presented this conversation? Do you have anything that supports this conversation?

You know what Trump is and you are willing to vote for him again?

You might want to take a deeper look at your values.

The memos from Trump's team show that your description of the plan is completely inaccurate.

Actually a good question (for a change)... with what we know now, the STATE OF FLORIDA likely would have sent a slate of electors to DC for each candidate, and hopefully the SCOTUS would have sorted it out by 1/6. In that case, the Bush slate would have been used. If Gore would have won in SCOTUS, his slate would have been used.

Alternate electors can be a useful thing in rare situations (THIS is where Hawaii 1960 can be brought up)

Fake electors, with no court cases outstanding that would change the results of a state, are not.

The electors have to be provided by a certain time to assure that they are accepted as the final electors. There is nothing stopping a state from changing the electors AFTER the deadline. Doing it after the deadline just means that others can challenge that slate. Submit it before the deadline and they cannot.

I'd have to disagree with that analysis...

Jack Smith will fill you in on specifics unless what was shared and/or monitized by Loose Lips can't be declassified for trial.

There were dozens of cases filed and being filed. You’re actually correct. In case of a contesting of the votes the state, by law, is required to present two sets of electors. Which they did not do. Since the state refused to do their job, I don’t see how it’s illegal for trump to protect his constitutional rights either.

Each state did their job... ran and certified a valid election. There were NO cases outstanding in ANY state on the safe harrbor date that could have changed the results of their election....

Just some MAJOR butthurt... which continues to this very day.

He would have his CLIENTS RECORDS. You know the LENDER. What bank record shows Joe lent Jim money? The bank wasn't involved here it was a private loan.

Yes he got $200,000 out of it and Americore was using JOE's influence, it was the protection they could get from the Biden syndicate, Jim was just the conduit. If Joe help facilitate it and had knowledge he is just as guilty as if Amiercore was paying him directly. And to assert that Joe never inquired as to the source of the funds is absurd.

On the grounds that they discuss a detailed fake elector scheme to steal the election.

Thanks for admitting you don't care whether Biden was selling influence for personal gain then. The issue here is NOT whether Biden was involved in the corruption but his claims he had no knowledge or involvement and his family never received a dime from influence peddling nor did he benefit. Although there is LOTS of smoke for illegal acts such as why was a bankrupt company giving that money to the Biden family for the protection they were seeking?

You need more than just "smoke" for a criminal investigation. Today you learned that.

How did Trump threaten a peaceful transfer of power? Had he won his challenges it would have been a peaceful continuation of power. Trump never threatened an unpeaceful transfer of power. He threatened what he believed were legal challenges, you may as well being saying Al Gore was threatening the peaceful transfer of power in 2000 or that Rep. Shelia Jackson Lee did so when she vote not to certify electors against both Bush43 and Trump.
