BEGINNING your post with a FALSEHOOD duly noted.

The rest of that blather FAILS because the THREE cops at the SCENE had him FULLY RESTRAINED and FORCED him INTO the vehicle PRIOR to him being MURDERED in COLD BLOOD.

Let me REPEAT the FACT that he was NOT a THREAT to anyone at the TIME he was MURDERED in COLD BLOOD.

Which part of MURDERED in COLD BLOOD needs to be EXPLAINED to YOU?

    PROJECTION noted.

Where did I ever MENTION the RACE of either the MURDERER or the VICTIM?

YOU, and you ALONE, introduced RACE into our discussion.

Kindly REFRAIN from PROJECTING your own false ASSUMPTIONS onto others.

I imagine the guards are ****ed. Can't have someone so high profile, and a former cop, in a place where this could even happen.

False. George Floyd was a garbage human who died due to his own drug habits. And yiu brought race into it with an unjustified claim he was racist.

Why did you call him "racist"?

Because of his own drug habits. Many times the lethal amount was in his body.

Using a severe physical control technique that happened to result in death was not really a difficult mistake for an officer to make in those circumstances.

In my opinion, intention to commit misconduct likely to result in death was mostly lacking.

Because of his dumbass ATTITUDE towards POC.

Had he treated his VICTIM like a PERSON who deserves to be TREATED with RESPECT and DIGNITY this would NEVER have happened.

You have nothing to label as his attitude towards poc. It's an unjust irrational claim that he is a racist.

Floyd was garbage because of his actions.

That’s what defund the police is really about.
If you go in acting like a hammer and every suspect a nail, **** will happen.
I suspect that if they had sent a older black woman to confront Floyd, the situation would have had a different outcome.
    Different tools for different jobs.

Nothing an elderly black woman can do that a white male can't in this case.

How Floyd reacts, is the question.

But defund the police is about irrationally defending the police. It isn't about reforming them. That is a lie. If it were reform and train, that's what they would say.

Defending is the exact opposite of reforming and retraining, which take money lol.

So this person (handcuffed)close to death was going to make a run for it? How unfit do you think all those officers are?

Dreadful, he should be placed in isolation to secure him, he needs to appeal and get his conviction overturned now that the hysteria has passed.

False, the outcome was the same no matter what because of a far more than lethal amount of drugs in his system. He was a dead man no mater what.

And by sending an old lady it's entirely possible she ends up dead for confronting such a violent person.

BETTER YET, he could CHANGE his dumbass ATTITUDE and LEARN to treat others with RESPECT and DIGNITY then he wouldn't need any "special treatment" and can SERVE the rest of his SENTENCE in the general population like EVERY other CONVICT.

Sounds like a good lawsuit to me. Any institution following proper procedures would have had him in protective confinement to begin with

No great loss to the world.

No, it is an accurate description of what happened. He killed a guy who was in handcuffs, as you yourself admit with your very line.

Your prolonged and desperate attempts to justify this are as loathsome as your even more polonged attempts to deny the reality of rape & sexual assault. There are clearly some groups in society who you just don't think should be bound by laws and some you clearly think should not be protected by them. Every post you make just confirms it.

On the other Chauvin thread I was recently told that ("innocent") Chauvin
only plead guilty to the federal charges so he could be moved to a federal prison.
Not only do they offer activities/opportunities not in state prisons it would be safer for him.
    Oh, well.

    Has it been confirmed yet?
'Ex-officer Derek Chauvin, convicted in George Floyd’s killing, stabbed in prison, AP source says'

'Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis police officer convicted of murdering George Floyd, was stabbed by another inmate and seriously injured Friday at a federal prison in Arizona, a person familiar with the matter told The Associated Press.

The attack happened at the Federal Correctional Institution, Tucson, a medium-security prison that has been plagued by security lapses and staffing shortages. The person was not authorized to publicly discuss details of the attack and spoke to the AP on the condition of anonymity.

The Bureau of Prisons confirmed that an incarcerated person was assaulted at FCI Tucson at around 12:30 p.m. local time Friday. In a statement, the agency said responding employees contained the incident and performed “life-saving measures” before the inmate, who it did not name, was taken to a hospital for further treatment and evaluation.'

    snip:

'Mr. Chauvin had sought to appeal his conviction, but as recently as this week, the Supreme Court had rejected his efforts.

Part of Mr. Chauvin’s plea deal with prosecutors in his federal case was that he would be allowed to serve his sentence in a federal prison, which is generally considered safer than a state prison.

But there have been several other high-profile attacks on federal prisoners in recent years, including the stabbing earlier this year of Larry Nassar, who had been convicted of sexually abusing young gymnasts, and the killing in 2018 of James (Whitey) Bulger, the mobster who was murdered in a West Virginia prison.

The Associated Press was the first to report the stabbing of Mr. Chauvin.'

    BULLSHIT!
Chauvin knew that Floyd had NO pulse and refused more than once when asked should they turn him over and administer first-aid.
He still kept his knee on the dead George Floyd's neck and couldn't even bring himself to remove it when the medics arrived.
A medic had to tell him to get his knee off George's neck.
