Nobody massacres families, are you dumb? In Racak, it was a shootout between the KLA and Serb forces. After the incident they apparently said the KLA terrorists were "civilians" but this was later disproved when they found gun powder marks on the "civilians." Maybe there were some real civilians with them, but if they were with the KLA, they knew they were in a danger zone.

But when the US taxpayers fund dries up in reserve ..All those military bases will not last ...And many of those military people will go UNPAID...BASES GONE... Dollar has been dropping and energy prices going UP...
