HAHAHAHA - You better let , whoever represents you . know how you feel , you might get a call from an "unknown" source/ or the "Dept of Fisheries + Garbage " btw - a discussion is an exchange of information , while I couldnt help noticing , you're inclined to turn a discussion into an argument , which then becomes an exchange of ignorance. Meanwhile how about getting back ON TOPIC ? cheers.
The way I treat people depends on what I think of them. From my superiors I seek information. From my equals I seek contention. From my inferiors I seek nothing.
As a medical diagnosis, pedophilia (or paedophilia) is defined as a psychiatric disorder in adults or late adolescents (persons age 16 or older) typically characterized by a primary or exclusive sexual interest in prepubescent children; so most muslims are pedophiles... in 2011, it seems...
Mohammad went babnannas after Kadija (His Older Wife who kept him) died and started writing down his delusional visions ...
Nah - sorry to disappoint you , we're still very happily together . Now be a good little Gator and learn how behave yourself .
No questions, just an observation. Passing contemporary moral judgement on a primitive 7th century culture to besmirch an historical figure who lived within that culture is totally unpersuasive, spurious and contributes nothing.
I think it has to be seen in the context of the current resurgence of 7th century morals in the Islamic world making him not simply an historical figure but a moral source in conflict with contemporary morals.
Mohammed underwent a great change as a result of the Hegira. It wasn't a good change. Before Mohammed fled Makkah he was as compassionate as Christ. After he reached Medina he became like Joshua from the Old Testament. Too bad.
What is the truth of what you posted Albert? Why should anyone care what something happens to remind you of? Are you being accurate and fair? This is how informed discussions go, not with 'oh that reminds me of something do with mormons'.. And I notice you did not take on Joshua's point; Do you deny the fact that the times were substantially different?
When the Quraish are out to assassinate you then you have to change a bit to survive. If Mossad has you on your list then you cannot sit waiting for them to knock your door.
There is no one on this thread named Joshua. Joshua is a character out of the Old Testament. Did you mean Jonsa? The times are and are not substantially different. It depends on one's frame of reference. If one is a true believer in the word of God then principles are universal and timeless. If one is not a believer then the tendency is to see time as linear so that one has the impression that time progresses.
