I watched all 3 episode. - . I'm not a muslim, and not having read any serious book abt Muhammed's life , I found the program very informative - it covered many points abt Muhammeds life I didnt know . Some commentators also made the viewers aware how - todays extremists have distorted/departing from the example which Muhamed had set. It also explained the original /true meaning of Sharia - as the spiritual Path/Way to knowledge of God and Jihad as a striving within oneself towards self improvement. It seems after Muhamed's death , the meanings of these words changed/was misinterpreted/distorted over the following centuries and more so today - in the current political climate. IMO - Rageh Omar + the production team, the academic contributors did an excellent job with this documentary. I hope its widely distributed, though I suspect US networks wont be eager to enlighten US audiences on this subject after 9/11 . ...

Today in Tahrir there was a huge protest of unity. The salafists were dominating and being so crazy that the rest of the secular groups left. The Muslim Brotherhood also left in disgust. It shows the split between the sane people and these salafists perfectly today in Tahrir. It was a great protest because all the people sitting at home now saw clearly who the real danger is to our country and revolution. When the MB walk away from them in disgust you know then who the troublemakers and crazies are. We really need to purify our country from this salafist dangerous ideology.
