It sounds like you are going to enjoy the festive season with the family and a new year with a new wee arrival, wonderful stuff. I used to like embroidery over cross stitch, but it strains the eyes. Crochet was ok though I didn't know any fancy stitches. Don't overdo it if you're recovering though :)

I just want to let you know how much I value and appreciate your extremely well-informed and lucid comments in respect to the Israel-Palestine debate. I believe as humanitarians, irrespective of our specific politics, it is important that we maintain the focus of debate in this forum firmly on rebutting the bilge of the pro-Zionists. In this respect, you and Moon do an absolutely fantastic job. At the very least, we owe it to the long-suffering Palestinian people to keep the pressure on undercutting the pro-Zionist propaganda. Unfortunately, I myself, do not have as much time as I would like to keep an active eye on the ball, but at least take the time to appreciate all of your hard work and patience in countering the Zionist nonsense. Your posts do not go un-noticed by all of us humanitarians out here I can assure you of that my friend.
