Thank you for the compliment. The perspective that I will bring will only revolve around the topics and subjects at hand. I will give my opinion but I will give facts first, Allah wiling.

I have to go 2 days without eating to do it. I've never gone 12 hours without eating without getting the shakes. The doctor isn't helpful if I show any doubts about doing it he just says "ok we won't do it then." Like he really doesn't want me to or more likely doesn't care whether I do or not.

To answer your questions in regards to a reference for police salaries in Russia; I've lived in Moscow for a few years and some of my acquaintances were police officers as well as OMON members. The police officer wages are around 413 USD / month, upon joining the force; and for OMON members is around 700 USD / month. As you can see these wages are not enough for basic needs, especially in a city such as Moscow. Hence the result of rampant bribery etc.
P.S. I understand you probably want more of an academic reference, but Russia does not have a very good national statistics website; you can see for yourself. (http://www.gks.ru/eng/)

thanks for the advice ;) unfortunately I'm living near a possible target. I'm very close to the supreme leader's house. in the case of a total war, I may be at danger, but who cares? the whole country would become dangerous! :D
