i'm pretty sure they knows, china is complain about hacking orginate from US too. its just it doesnt get much attention here in the US. the media will focus china as the aggressor not as the victim, just as china media will do the same, and label US as hackers.

If Obama had balls (which he doesn't) he would just say to the Chinese: We're not going to pay you back and our debt will be considered null and restitution for the technology you stole. Thanks.

I think a lot of people don't realize how much firepower our Navy has or our Air Force. If we don't do something now and we wait until they use our technology to build up we'll be (*)(*)(*)(*)ed later. We have never treated these nations of Iraq and Afghanistan like a real enemy. If we had to we could level China. Nuclear war would destroy everyone and everyone knows it and won't use the nuclear option. I think if we let them know we intend to treat them like the serious threat they are they'd relent.

 Nope! China can level the USA as well.

What a brave and macho thought!

Of course the USA will economically collapse and suffer extensive physical problems in a matter of a month or two without their constant stream of essential goods, technology, food, medical supplies and military components, but it would make us all feel very macho before that collapse!

We could wave flags every day since we won't be working anyway!

which just mean, they gonna ally up with russia, and increase their military budge from around 1%GDP to 4%. and even with our navy/air force, we will suffer huge lost. china has one of world most sophisated/well defend integrate air defense. also russia wont sit there and watch US attack someone in its backyard. this will quickly turn into nuke war, which no one will win. there is a reason superpower vs superpower/major power never have war before, the risk is too great.

You do know the President is not a IT guy, right? I am sure some government agencies have more than one firewall in place, but there is only so much one can do and stay connected.

With nukes, with nothing else and I believe I said that no one wants to use nukes.

Look, I realize progressives only take a passing interest in the capabilities of our military but we are in fact the largest, strongest military in the world and our Navy is exponentially larger and stronger than any other. It would be nice if you would do some research before trying to a) talk like you have a clue, and b) try to make a kinder, gentler, sweeter, less capable military with all of the emphasis on being nice to people all the time.

Kinda takes the (*)(*)(*)(*) out of handing them a gun and telling them to kill.

Not brave, smart. Right now we are ahead, hence why they are stealing our technology. What happens when they've built the technology they stole? It's called long-term thinking, something you seem to be without. You guys seem to live in the here and now, which is why we're in so much trouble.

Oh, so we should bend over to China? Maybe have Obama tell them: Let me be clear, I really don't like it when you do that and it hurts my feelings and makes me look like a (*)(*)(*)(*)(*) to the world.

    ???

It would force us to do what we should have been doing for the past two decades and that is build a (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*) infrastructure. Yes, it will hurt for a while but that's because Americans have been so coddled by your ilk that they don't know how to survive anymore or to deal with adversity and hardship.

Grow a spine and some guts. Say screw the regulatory agencies and grow your own victory garden. Learn to live without new clothes every day or the latest iWhatever.

    Jesus.

It has nothing to do with flag waving. I haven't been so putrid as to offer blind patriotism to anyone. It has everything to do with long-term survival and doing the brave thing now so you won't be speaking Mandarin later.

I expect compliance. That is the point of a threat.

What would happen if we bombed/sabotaged them? Their military installations would blow up.

Good point. We both know it's the doing of progressive ideology. They turn people into cowards by cultivating dependency and weakness. The threat of losing their welfare benefits is enough to intimidate them into inaction and accommodation. Obama and his leftist cadre will just bend over and take it because they're addicted to debt and hand outs. They don't want to offend their Chinese sugar daddy.

I am not defending hacking or espionage, they are a violation of property rights.

If there is a vote to abolish the state, I'll be the the first to say yay, but until then we have to defend our sovereignty from foreign actors.

Don't belittle your own government. For all you know, the US may have been trying every possible means to compromise the Chinese military all this while.

This could possibly be the greatest American espionage secret in history.

    Well said.

America's puzzling allegation against Chinese military hacking is a classic example of a thief shouting thief.

Well said. How can the "Chinese pickpocket" measure up to the "American bandit chief"?

The unceasing, puzzling allegation against Chinese military hacking could by a ploy by the American military to force the Chinese government to "say the same thing about US successes".

I wish you can untie your mind from all "worldly knots" and attain enlightenment soon.

I also wish you can sleep soundly without nightmares every night after reading pretty BestViewedWithCable's claim that "every Chinese person, from China is a spy".

You should be paired together with the editor of the People’s Daily, the mouthpiece of China’s Communist Party as one claims that "every Chinese person, from China is a spy" while the other comments on “Immoral and Dishonest Americans”.

A war with China would be over very quickly for the Chinese. The key is how China has set itself up. They have left themselves very exposed. All of their manufacturing is located along the coastline well within range of our strike craft and even if we keep our AC way out at see we can send in long range bombers and any of the tens of thousands of drones we now employ. If we wanted to really get nasty we could just take out their roads and railroads and then the Chinese Army would have to contend with over one billion starving people clammering for food. I doubt it would get to that point though.

The Chinese have no way of transporting their huge army via land sea or air. Meanwhile their huge army is sitting around consuming vast amounts of foods and supplies eventually leading to shortages and rifts between the civilian populations and the military once their means of production are taken out which as I mentioned earlier isn't difficult.

Don't post a video clip with constraint within a system. Provide us with at least one potential correction, please.

Mr reallybigjohnson, it looks like you really have a big mouth for talking big.

Well, Uncle Sam did not grab the opportunity to attack China and North Korea when the eccentric Kim declared war on the US. Now he will have to wait for Kim's second declaration of war to send all descendants of Adam and Eve back to the Garden of Eden.
