Why would I have that ticket? It would more likely be you holding that one-way ticket being that you're the one that's an agnostic and I'm the Christian that has accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord Savior!

Oh and btw the USA and Israel are strong allies...that can't just be a coincidence can it?

All around us. His spirit is everywhere, since He is omnipresent.

You're the one with the misunderstanding. God sent the Israelites to punish the Canaanites for their sins. I don't read anywhere in Scripture where it says God ordered the Israelites to commit genocide, rape women, to smash the children against the rocks. What Bible are you reading? It certainly can't be the same one I'm reading.

He gave these people over 400 years to repent from their evil ways...they didn't, and God being omniscient knew they would never change and so punishment was well warranted for them.

And talking about wicked acts, take a look at all the detestable sins these people were committing for 400 years by clicking on the link below.

Science will never have a factual explanation of how existence came to be.

But eventually for every individual we will all finally know the truth.

Atheists will not like the truth but Christians will rejoice for all eternity for seeing the truth!

How could they be wrong? They were right, He resided in the Temple in Jerusalem as well as everywhere else being that He is omnipresent. Did they claim He existed only in the Temple? No, they didn't.

Wow! are you naive and uninformed! Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, to name a few of the "non-religious" types killed millions of people.

Stalin murdered 20,000,000 of his people when he ruled the Soviet Union.

Mao murdered 45,000,000 in 4 years when he ruled China.

Pol Pot murdered nearly a quarter of Cambodia's seven million people.

So much for your erroneous theory of the peaceful people being the "non-religious" types.

The Christian God in the one true God. The muslims believed that Jesus wasn't crucified and they see Him as just being a prophet.

Since there is historical evidence that Jesus was indeed crucified by the hands of the Romans, the muslims got it wrong.

According to you, everything in reality is an arbitrary comparison.

What's the point of robbery when nothing is worth taking, throw your safety overboard and join our insect nation.

Stand and deliver, your money or your life. Try to use a mirror, not a bullet or a knife.

But even though, you lose your soul, your conscience will be mine.

How do you come away interpreting that statement to mean that Jesus has cured all the evil on earth?

The reason why you misinterpreted that statement is because you took it out of context and just looked at that statement alone. If you go back and read the entire summary I gave, you probably would have interpreted it correctly.

The correct interpretation of that statement is basically saying that if we call on Jesus and put our faith in Him, He will change our hearts through the power of the Holy Spirit and He will save us from our sins and its consequences.

We read in Scripture, "This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!"---2 Corinthians 5:17 NLT

So just imagine if everyone did that, but of course we know that's not realistic because there are so many people who are non-believers in Christianity.

But again that statement was in no way implying that there is no more evil because Jesus "cured" it. You have to learn to interpret what you read correctly, like I said you got to read the entire context and not just that one statement alone.

And remember that atheism is one of the most unpopular world views in history yet as leaders they managed to kill more people in the last century than the Plague did in the 14th century. So when one examines it atheists had less opportunity to kill but had a much higher body count.

Obviously. Because ALL of history but the last few decades the world was about 99% religious.

Why would a more primitive and highly superstitious humanity embrace atheism?

Sometimes, despite your constant bleating about the travails visited by atheists on the past, I suspect you'd actually prefer to live there. There'd be no modern Sweden or Australia throwing spanners into your works :)

I interpret common sense really well...but I admit interpreting the shifting slippery sands of religious doctrine is not easy.....but at least it's unnecessary :)

I have read extensively of secondary sources that use primary sources from many different areas. The Mughals are well-known to have been extremely tolerant of non-Islamic religions due to the fact that the majority of their empire was composed of Hindu and Buddhist subjects whom they merely taxed and otherwise allowed to worship as they pleased with minimal interference. The Ottomans, similarly, generally allowed Christians and Jews to worship freely as long as they paid the appropriate taxes and weren't prone to causing problems and were willing to listen to orders. This is in opposition to, say, Christian Spain during contemporary time periods, where Jews and Muslims were forced to convert, and, more often than not, were still tortured, murdered, and/or dispossessed from their land and property because the Inquisitors thought that the conversos hadn't really converted and were still practicing their original faiths in secret.

There are plenty of books out there that are decent secondary and tertiary sources. Generally, Penguin Books has pretty reliable history books for tertiary sources for the layman, but a good rule of thumb is that if the person writing has a PhD in history, then the book is probably a good one. Journalists, sociologists, anthropologists, and other humanities-types writing history books can also be fairly reliable, as long as one takes a look at their sources and sees a lot of peer-review journals in the back, as well as primary and secondary sources.

Further, your demands for 100% accuracy are, of course, out of line with reality. It's like a child asking "how do you know, where you there?" It's a smug question designed to completely dismiss the other side's argument when the answer is anything less than 100% accuracy, despite not holding your own "evidence" to anything near that sort of standard.

This is especially cute when your own NT has only a few card sized scraps of paper that have only a few hundred words between them representing its history prior to 400 CE, thus making the history of the most important part of your own religion extremely suspect were it any other historical document, especially given that the Romans, who were highly literate and wrote down everything, couldn't be bothered to write up anything about a potential riot-situation in Iudea just 40 years prior to putting the province to the sword when the Jews finally did rebel, not even a retrospective account when the event was in living memory.

Funny you don't mention that Christians persecuted, tortured and killed those who didn't/don't agree with them.

No, the Bible is most assuredly a collection of fairy tales from Bronze Age pastoralists. Hence, for instance, in 2 Samuel the armies of Israel being over a million strong, despite the fact that the Kingdom of Israel at the time was most assuredly smaller than the Persian Empire of Xerxes the Great, who could probably only assemble around 60,000 soldiers for his own attempt at world conquest.

Sanctuary was never intended to be an escape from justice, rather an escape from injustice. The principle and practise goes back long before Christianity. The Hebrews were 'given' cities of refuge. If a man killed another while defending himself from attack (manslaughter) he could run to one of these cities and be safe from the vengeance of the dead mans relatives. However, he would have to explain to the authorities what had happened, and the relatives give their side, and the matter was taken from there. Justice, not injustice. There were similar practises elsewhere.

For the church to give sanctuary to its own, and even others, whom have sinned, and prevent justice never was god's intention

No one is above the law specially God's law. That is why the church has an obligation to protect and give sanctuary to anyone that seek and ask for it and let God be the final Judge and arbiter. Later many nations will adapt the same policy giving sanctuary to individuals who ask for it one modern example is Edward Snowden who is now under Russia's government protection.

Science, facts and theology show that you and your group are wrong (I can not claim everyone unlike you and your group that always want to self claim to be the authority over every one I do not do that because I recognize freedom of self thought and speech) because of too much self contradiction with science and facts and that is why you have failed miserably to provide any factual and rational discussion about evolution, creation, origin of life and the universe and law.

How and who collected all those fairy tales that you claim was accessible was there a central library 1500 or 2000 years ago?

Religious institution specially Christianity and Buddhism have a strong history of this obligation to provide sanctuary to everyone either escaping from injustices or criminal acts the church and temples will take them in and provide them with consul but most of all a chance to life over death. For the criminals to change them to become repentant and pious individuals to serve God and the people as a mean to write their wrongs many of these individuals were once rebels, killers, thieves, soldiers, generals, politicians that would turn and start a new life. The problem arises when the government become too harsh and tyrannical and oppressive forcing many of these church and temple refugees to break their vow not to take up arms against the government that is why tyrants and dictators hate the Catholic church and Buddhist. History has shown us just how churches and temples were destroyed because they refused to submit to dictatorial demands of oppressive government to act as their agents.

Modern and democratic government respect the church sanctuary and they allow the church to handle anyone who come to them and ask for refuge many of those criminals will either turn a new life others can not take the religious life style inside the church that require constant prayer session eventually they would leave and prefer to face secular justice or injustice. Some priest have chose that option because they have no wish to be send to a monastery.

Justice is already being serve to those clergies that have commit crimes not only child rape but all crimes and that is through sincere repentant. Incarcerating individuals base on man's will is full of loop holes man's justice is for those who have the money, power and a good lawyer who knows how to flaunt and manipulate the law.

That's YOUR science and YOUR facts. Personally I find similarities between your posting and the work of Charles Lutwidge Dodgson. The main character in one of his books says 'It would be so nice if something made sense for once'.
Another says 'Well I've never heard it before, but it sounds uncommon nonsense'.
