Cosby admits he bought drugs to give women for sex

If 40 rape victims actually come forward, then at least STATISTICALLY, it can be argued that the actual number is around 100 or so.

 

So how many of the 40 claimed victims are lying, ballantine? How many? Give us a number. If it's even a high as 39 then he's still a RAPIST.

Have you noticed that many of the forum members who defend Cosby are also the same people who on this forum defend Mohammad for having sex with a 9 year-old child? Their priority seems to not be with the victims, but rather with the beloved alleged perpetrator of the horrific felonies in question.

 

So how many of the 40 women are lying?

 

He is being character assassinated because that is what we do in this country with famous people who are accused of salacious crimes. Cosby may be or may not be a predator, but we have always been predators and we are the most blood-thirsty of them all. We are piranha and Cosby got a real bad cut while swimming.

 

Or, instead, maybe we are just compassionate people who just feel strongly for the 100 (estimated) VICTIMS of rape!

 

Why don't we leave the politics out of this situation. Also leave race out. The evidence against Cosby is overwhelming. He should be punished for his dastardly deeds to the ladies.

What evidence? So far there are accusations, but no evidence.

I do agree that just the shear numbers of accusations are cause to suspect wrong doings, but they are not proof.

 

As did Felicia Rashad. She said it was a conspiracy.

 

We always need compassionate people who feel strongly for victims of rape. They are the best kind of people to have around victims of rape. They are the best doctors, nurses, cops, clerical staff, friends, family, and lovers you could ever want if you are raped. That does not have a lot to do with how American media and its consumers treat celebrity scandal but I am decidedly a supporter of compassionate supporters of rape victims.

 

I did that too although both the use of the drugs and the sex was based upon mutual consent.

Cosby's line to get the women to take the pills was "trust me, I'm not a doctor, but I play one on TV".....seems to have worked a lot of times.

 

Unless court finds him guilty, we cannot verify if they are lying or telling the truth.

I would estimate it at zero, since no one pressed charges. His choice of associating with gold diggers was his only mistake, unless proven otherwise.

Both women acknowledge they accepted the drugs voluntarily.

There are no "victims" here. If they could have pressed charges, they would have done so at the time. This whole story is a fabrication, a lie, a smear.

Apparently there has been not one shred of proof in a court of law, so far.

"Lying" is not the issue. Proof is the issue. There is none.

 

Yeah. See? You're one of many. Everyone and their brother (and sister) was doing this back in the 70's. Quaaludes were the "sex drug", and it was very common for men to offer women Quaaludes in pursuit of sex. Jeez, I used to hang on Sunset Blvd and everyone was doing that, that whole entire party scene was all about that!

So far all I see here is that Cosby is a somewhat cheaper human being than his TV personality led me to believe - and like - wow.... y'know.... how unusual.

The Cos admitted that he engaged in illegal activity, and that he took drugs, and that he had sex outside of marriage, which are three things that most of the victims are claiming. Most people assume that "America's Dad" would not do illegal things, and that he would not take drugs, and that he would not give illegal drugs to women he wanted to have sex with, and would not cheat on his wife. So this release of information will likely hurt The Cos.

 

I never really cared for Cosby's type of humor and I never watched him on tv except for maybe I Spy once or twice. I did, however, agree with his social stances.

I have no idea if Cosby is guilty or not but it sure doesn't look good to me, there's just too much there.
