you're consistently wrong about what gore said

and misrepresent the decline in arctic sea ice

NEWS: Climate Change September 09, 2015

Arctic sea ice nearing annual minimum extent: data centre

September minimum likely to come in as fourth lowest since 1978

If you live near Baffin Bay or Hudson Bay, you might have trouble accepting the forecasts showing that this year’s minimum sea ice extent, which typically occurs in mid to late September, is likely to come in as the third or fourth lowest in the satellite record.

But that’s the latest from the Colorado-based National Snow and Ice Data Center, which issued its latest news last week, based on recent satellite images.

Sea ice extent remains below average in nearly every place around the Arctic except in Baffin Bay and Hudson Bay, where some ice still persists in sheltered coastal areas, the NSIDC said.

And there’s even smooth sailing in the Northwest Passage, if you stick to the southerly route, its images show.

This route passes south of Prince of Wales Island and Victoria Island before entering the Beaufort Sea south of Banks Island.

Overall, August saw “a remarkably steady decline in Arctic sea ice extent” — and at a rate that’s slightly faster than the long-term average, the NSIDC said.

While the rapid pace of daily ice loss seen in late July 2015 slowed somewhat in August, the data centre said the pace of loss increased slightly toward the end of the month so that by Aug. 31, Arctic sea ice extent was only slightly greater than on the same date in 2007 and 2011.

Sea ice loss for August averaged 75,100 square kilometres per day, compared to the long-term 1981 to 2010 average value of 57,300 sq km per day, and a rate of 89,500 sq km per day for 2012, the NSIDC said.

The NSIDC’s forecast places the upcoming daily Arctic sea ice minimum extent between third and fourth lowest since the satellite record started in 1978, with fourth more likely.

All four of the lowest extents have occurred since 2007, the NSIDC said.

Please stop with the troll behavior. I asked a simple yes or no question and you have not answered yes or no. If you have, then provide the post number. I am simply asking you if there is a world wide condpiracy among the scientists or not. The answer is either yes or no. Why run from such a simple question?

Why are you so obsessed with conspiracy? I have already answered, you just don't like the answer.

Why can you not just not play games and answer the yes or no question? If you already answered, then just say if it was yes or no. I do not think you have answered. If it is a yes or no question, anything besides yes or no is not answering the question. It can't be any thing besides yes or no because there is either a world wide conspiracy or there is not.

but it isn't the one with the line you're looking for a response on friend. You must view 2008 for the tag. Now you don't have to, but what you're posting are the wrong ones. Gore stated somewhat the same thing, but not what you're looking for. Told you that last week.

I guess it really is wash, rinse, repeat.

“the entire North Polarized [sic] cap will disappear in five years."

Was from a 2008 speech in Germany, you have never shown that one. Ok, so keep up!

the point is that the quote is wrong, he didn't say "it will"

he said "the entire polar ice cap may well be completely gone in 5 years"

do i have to explain to you the difference between 'will' and 'may'?

dude, I understand your point. But you're failing on the point that was originally made by using the wrong information. I thought you all cherished being correct? Anyway--wash, rinse, repeat. 2008 Germany speech. Listen to that one and come back and post up what he actually did say.

nope, “the entire North Polarized [sic] cap may well be disappear in five years." this is what he said

What do you supposed may well be actually means? It is left to the individual on what that means and 'will' comes to mind.

Said it in 2008. Fear mongering at it's finest. The inconvenient truth to the inconvenient truth is he is full of hot air.

You mean he laid out the bad science based on computer models that have no connection to this planet and uses fear mongering to push his agenda.
