Sorry, but those are not the choices you listed. You only listed extremes. I would have selected: It would be bad, but not as bad as a democrat.

Trump was a chaotic President ........

I'm sure Russia jumped for joy when he won ..... then again when he Lost and pushed the Big Lie

However more importantly his constant Lying destroyed the fabric of our nation

I can't help but having my doubts that, if a massive, violent mob had smashed their way into one of the Republican Congressional Office Buildings, in D.C., calling out for people's heads-- pretend that they are BLM protestors, if that's the only way, you can imagine it-- while those buildings were full of Republican Congresspeople, yet Joe Biden, with full knowledge of this, took no action for hours, actually stood in the way of any relief arriving, to help repel the attack and safeguard those members of Congress, that you would NOT, both, lift up this one fact, above all else, as absolutely proving that President Biden should be seen, by all Americans, regardless of their political stripe, as demonstrably unfit for office. Nor do I think this would change, should Biden single handedly end the worldwide supply chain problems, quench inflation, secure our southern border, which has been forever, an open door, and bring a satisfactory peace to Russia & Ukraine. Or am I wrong, and you would be willing to overlook his indifference (or his gleefulness, if we are to have a more accurate analogy), when Republican Congressional lives were at risk?

While your criticism may have some validity, in the cases of a few particular posts/posters, you nonetheless directed it, at the entire slate of respondents (excepting the one, to whom you'd alluded). And, in this context, your complaint seems unnecessarily whiney, since I think in most cases, the answers to the specific questions, you act as if people are trying to hold, overly closely, to their breasts are, in truth, being advertised quite openly.

Take my post, above, for an example (in reply to modern paladin & Doofenshmirtz). Do you really have any difficulty, being 100% sure, as to how I feel, about Trump's ascending once more, to our Presidency, or in knowing at least one disqualifying reason (if not all), in my opinion?

Depends on who else runs. Depends on what he says. Depends on where he goes.

    ...obviously.

If it was perfect why was he constantly pressuring the fed for massive monetary injection and QE?

Inflation is a global issue caused primarily by supply chain issues and fuel. Supply chains were devastated by COVID and are slowly being repaired, the damage easy money did to the economy is being addressed by the FED instead of blowing it up like they did for trump, and gas issues which have been exacerbated by OPEC slashing output at the end of trumps term and now — right before the election

It’s almost like SA wants their allies back

It’s fascinating that you don’t blame trump for anything but it was Biden’s fault on day one. Do you think this “logic” will fly with anyone that isn’t a trumpatriot?

Even though I'm a Conservative, I have said repeatedly that I do not (NOT) want Trump to be the Republican nominee again. With at least as much enthusiasm, I say emphatically that I do not (NOT) want to see Joe Biden anywhere, ever again, but a nursing home, exactly one minute after next Inauguration Day in January 2025....

Why should I bother? Will you denounce him from this point on or will you simply ignore it?

Do you sit and argue with flat earther if you know they are not going to accept anything you say? Why should I bother

You just cannot bring yourself to answer the simple question, can you?

Do you want Trump back as president, and if you do, why?

I am NOT asking for comparisons and I am not asking as to whether the economy is worse or will be better.

Do you want Trump back as president?

I didn’t think Trump should be president to begin with. Of course, I didn’t believe Hillary Clinton should be president either. That’s why I voted for Johnson, against both Trump and Clinton. I really didn’t care who won between those two. You couldn’t have come up with two of the worst dregs from the bottom of the barrel. Perhaps the Democrats deserved Trump as president as they ran Clinton, but the rest of us didn’t.

    Choices

    1) it would be disastrous
    2) it would be great
    3) it would be neither

    What other choices are there?

In other words, you are willing to accept what he has done and see it happen again, depending on who else is running against him, right?

To me personally, what he has done is unforgivable and if someone else is running who may be worse, I would rather not vote than vote for Trump.

In other words, you are willing to let Trump slide on everything he has done just so that a "Democrat" does not get in office, right?

Wow, I can certainly see that you are a true Republican that says "my way or the highway, no matter the consequences"

My mechanic is the worst kind of person. He is reprehensible in every way. He even smells bad. But, he made my Camaro great again, like no one else has been able or willing to. He's exactly what my Camaro needs, should I fire him because of his sour demeanor and poor hygiene?

There are a lot of things to LIKE about a Trump-like candidate. Maybe not Trump himself, because he carries too much baggage. But instead, someone from the private sector, who is not a career politician, and promises to do what it takes to clean house... drain the swamp, as it were... and has no long term aspirations for a career in politics. The proverbial 'bull in the china shop' is exactly what is needed to fix what is wrong with our government. But, as Trump learned, when you start draining the swamp, you piss off a lot of snakes and alligators. They ate Trump alive, and then managed to install a pitiful geriatric kabuki jester in his place, dancing on the strings of unelected idealogs.

Democrats have made damn sure, once an for all, that no one from the private sector... no outsider... will ever again dare to run for President, lest they suffer the same treatment as Trump did. They prefer an empty suit with a million dollar smile, paid for with tax dollars, who can barely read a teleprompter and appear to "be presidential".

Nothing operates in a vacuum. It is always a choice. For all any of us knows right now Trump may not be alive in 2024 and Biden is barely alive now. Do I think Trump would be a complete disaster in the second term, no. After all complete disaster is the middle name of the guy currently sitting in the chair. And the Democrat front runners after Biden are, for the most part, either alcoholic, senile, or could be described by two words rhyming

That, my friend, is English; and it contains no obscurity, or ineptitude of syntax, to give excuse to anyone, claiming difficulty in comprehending it.

But I will try to speak more plainly: the answers to the questions, you claim are being ignored are, in most cases, patently evident, from the overall context of their various posts. Better (I hope)?

I am happy to go over examples of this, from your thread's actual participants, whom you had been criticizing as avoiding the issue, if you may find that instructive, as to why I say this.

YOU made a poll. I couldn't answer it with the responses you listed. It is irrelevant what I think or what you think. What is relevant is letting the voters decide who they want to vote for. That's what real democracy is.
