What the hell are you talking about? What law breakers? Are you assuming ALL abortions will be banned? Sorry no.

Uh, ya, when more unnecessary laws are passed the government gets bigger...and the Repubs want a law passed to ban abortions, a costly and totally ineffective law..

Actually, the personal liberty guaranteed by Roe v Wade for 50 years is supported by the People, and an extremist minority of authoritarian zealots is hellbent upon the State seizing control of wombs.

Outraged by the freedom advocates winning all six ballot initiative fights related to abortion in 2022 — including in conservative states such as Kansas and Kentucky — the extremists are mobilizing to prevent further expression of the public will.

Legislatures in Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Missouri, North Dakota, Ohio and Oklahoma are debating bills this session that would hike the filing fees, raise the number of signatures required to get on the ballot, restrict who can collect signatures, mandate broader geographic distribution of signatures, and raise the vote threshold to pass an amendment from a majority to a supermajority. While the bills vary in wording, they would have the same impact: limiting voters’ power to override abortion restrictions that Republicans imposed, which took effect after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade last year.

The authoritarian fanatics are also taking steps to violate an American's doctor/patient confidentiality, private mail and other personal communications:

Mifeprisone is approved by the FDA, but fanatics with no medical expertise are hellbent upon depriving women of this safe and effective drug. There are maximal statists who want America's policies to revert to those of Nicaragua, El Salvador, and Iraq where politicians have seized total control of wombs.

An impersonal bureaucracy should neither be allowed to prescribe, nor proscribe, such private, personal decisions.

Gov. Mark Gordon of Wyoming, a Republican, signed that state’s medication abortion ban on the same day that he said he would allow another more sweeping measure banning abortion to become law without his signature. That law, which takes effect on Sunday, would ban abortion under almost all circumstances, making it a felony to provide an abortion.

“I have acted without bias and after extensive prayer, to allow these bills to become law,” Mr. Gordon wrote in a letter to Wyoming’s secretary of state released on Friday evening.

Making it all the more obvious the anti-abortion movement is based on a religious belief, not a scientific finding, that life begins at conception.

What clause in the Constitution gives the Federal Government the power to authorize the murder of live born black babies by the abortion industry?
I'll answer that. NONE! Yet Former VA Governor Northam saw that power in Roe v Wade.

What clause in the Constitution gives Americans the right to keep and bear arms?
What does this clause in the second Amendment: the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed
    mean to you?

What did Ruth Bader Ginsberg who advocated for women's rights say about Roe v Wade?

My criticism of Roe is that it seemed to have stopped the momentum on the side of change,” Ginsburg said. She would’ve preferred that abortion rights be secured more gradually, in a process that included state legislatures and the courts, she added. Ginsburg also was troubled that the focus on Roe was on a right to privacy, rather than women’s rights.

“Roe isn’t really about the woman’s choice, is it?” Ginsburg said. “It’s about the doctor’s freedom to practice…it wasn’t woman-centered, it was physician-centered.”

The answer for Democrats is contract to adopt live born male kids, transition them to female and sell them as future Olympic medalists. They can advertise the money making opportunity and perhaps eliminate some invasion of privacy by incentivizing women to carry to full term.

    None.

Who are you fantasizing is "murder[ing] live born black babies"?

Most freedom-loving Americans respect reproductive freedom - personal, private decisions in consultation with trusted medical and spiritual advisers and loved ones - over the impersonal dictates of authoritarian bureaucrats.

The FDA approved mifepristone in 2000 for use in combination with misoprostol as a safe and effective way to end early pregnancies. The drug regimen is currently approved for use up to the 10th week of pregnancy. Half of abortions in the U.S. are performed with mifepristone and misoprostol.

    Federalism is key.

Issues & Insights 'provides the promised follow-up to last week’s analysis on net migration patterns showing blue states losing population as red states grow larger. Turns out 61 percent of the nation’s counties carried by President Joe Biden in 2020 have lost population in the years since. And yes, 65 percent of the Trump-supporting counties have since gained population.'

Folks are voting with their feet.

'even in the 13 states that lost population post-2020, the red counties within those jurisdictions gained new residents from elsewhere within the state borders.'

'will this migration out of leftist enclaves lead to a weakening of the undue influence a few elitist urban areas have on national politics?”'

Probably. We're a Free People and we have the right to be governed by rules passed by our elected legislatures.

is it your contention that the divine right of kings is a fascist principle? note that franco did not return the government to juan carlos until his death.

i think that there is quite a difference between monarchy and fascism. the fact that both are bad is not enough to assert equality.

When they vote Democrat, they are "wise and thoughtful voters." When they vote Republican, they are "rubes."

I don't think I want to hear any more criticisms from you when I complain about the voters who voted for the likes of John Fetterman.
