You know what. If that boy had just gone in there and shot her then his right to have that gun would be defended by the RW to the hilt.

 

There is more evidence that this girl was raped then there was even any evidence about something Trump allegedly did 30 years ago.... But yet the same people that are casting shade on the story of this little girl are the same ones that are just so certain that Trump is guilty.

For anyone who didn’t believe Trumps accusers but believe the accuser in OP, they are no better than anyone who believed Trumps accusers but don’t believe the accuser in the OP.

 

Are you saying that any rape or sexual assault must be reported right away, and if it isn't reported right away it shouldn't be looked into?

 

I believe that the girl was assaulted. What I don't understand is how the gender identity of the perpetrator plays into this at all.

 

I have never heard the right defending killers. They will have to defend the lefts attempt to disarm good people.

Parents objections to males using the girls restroom/locker rooms are reasonable.

 

Did the people who accused Trump, Kavanaugh and Moore file a police complaint?

 

Being allowed to go into the girls bathroom because of how he identified gave him the opportunity to rape her.

The case in the OP is clearly He Said/She Said (with no physical evidence)...

It would have given a bit of credibility to Trump's Kav's and Moore's accusers, but they didn't go to the police. Instead they ran to congressional staffers. As soon as the girl in this thread's parents found out they went to the police.

Neither did this girl after it happened. Why should it matter when they went to report it?

 

In this instance its important because the IDEOLOGY based bathroom policies of this school made it way easier for this "alleged" incident to occur.
In the case of Trump, I thought that was a deformation case but I could be wrong. I believe the trump rape supposedly happened in a store dressing room. I'm quite certain this store was not pushing multi-gender dressing rooms

None of that has to do with the hypocrisy of either side. The issue of believing or not believing one side or the other has nothing to do with ideology based bathroom policies. It has to do with partisan politics. Period.

How about this for an accommodation. Keep males out of girls restrooms, locker rooms, and sports.

IMHO, this rape represents criminal act by both the enabling school and the rapist.

As to the strawman, you are linking a rape with abortions. Other than they both happened to a female, what does your abortion case have to do with school policy enabling girls to be raped?
