How they prevent rape victims from getting abortions is for THEM to work out. What we KNOW is whether they allow abortion.

It is still their Republican state government that is preventing these abortions fpr rape victims, including rapes of children.

And that could have been an amendment to the bill had the Dems and Republicans truely wanted to end the debate. The Dems shut the door, took their ball, and went home.
