As we see in this thread liberals always seem very concerned about criminals being shot duriing a robbery or home invasion. They never seem concerned about the victims in crimes such as described in the link below.

Note that one of the perps in this home invasion had previously been arrested 30 times. And liberals want to know why people need a gun?

It was a legit question. If they took his permit for yelling at them, then either he committed a crime, or they did ...or one doesn't need to commit a crime to have their civil rights violated in CA.

To get back on topic, do we citizens have a right to get upset with the police if we believe they are not doing their duty and their not doing so could endanger them is someway including legally? Do we have a right to voice that? Can we even raise our voices to the police. It is notable the body cam of the police visit has not been release to back this claim by the chief that this guy yelled or anything.

 

Your right, but there is a catch. California, and the city of LA, can claim sovereign immunity. In other words, an individual has to get the state's permission to sue them.

 

The case was already reviewed. There were multiple camera angles showing the event. The police had access to all of them, and it is cut and dried that they shoot was legal. So, why did the officers show back up to harass the family. I am sure that LA's Soro's backed DA sent the officers back to the family's home to get a confession out of him. Damn the videos showing that the man did nothing wrong. Force him to confess to breaking the law. I would have yelled to the cops also.

The stripping of the man's Concealed Carry Permit was nothing but a petty reaction to being yelled at. Victims have no rights under LA's enforcement.

I don't think individuals can avoid that-remember the Rodney King case. It can be both a civil and criminal action but you may well be correct as to the city. Usually you have to file an administrative action to get a right to sue in court-that is how it works in the federal system. I won a ton of cases on 12b6 (failure to state a recognizable claim) motions when people sued governmental agencies and didn't timely file an administrative action

You are incorrect. The "may issue" policy violates ones rights, so it was changed to "Shall issue". Super liberal counties like Los Angeles refuses to issue CCWs to ordinary people, so only cops, judges, and criminals carried guns here.
