Carrying a concealed handgun is the only rational way to deal with mass shooters and other violent criminals. Think it through.

    Truth hurts the most.

It will set you free, but first it will piss you off.

Out of curiosity, who am I "hating" this time? Go ahead and tell me more.

    You need to avid harder.

Apparently you've never heard of the Mongols, who killed about 25% of the Earth's population at the time, the number of people killed by leftists like Mao or Pol Pot, Rwanda where a million people were killed in 90 days or so, Japans slaughter of over 5 million civilians, Kim Il Sung, the slaughter of Pygmy tribes on and on and on.

Read a book instead of Wikipedia.

It is a legal principle embodied in our law as I stated and used as a active defense.

    4. Affirmative defenses, such as self-defense
When a jury considers evidence in a self-defense case, they should try to determine the reasonableness of defendant’s use of force under the circumstances, using the “reasonable person standard.” In other words, compare what the defendant did under the circumstances, with what the “reasonable person” would do in those same circumstances.

BY HIM and to be armed you have to be armed. He was upset that they were not taking proper care with the evidence that would prove his self-defense, why do you object to that?

My opinions of history? I cited no opinions, just long-established history. Don't take my word for it, do some reading.

Your backpedaling skills need some sharpening.

You seem to hate everyone who disagrees or challenges your posts, usually "dems" like this time. You use a lot of inflammatory words and phrases. Don't take my word for it, go read through your posts.

I found no truth in your statement, just nastiness.

Who said I object? Please clarify, what did I object to, exactly?

I'm right there with him on that. The police didn't seem to do what was needed to perhaps find and arrest the intruders. I get that. It pissed him off, like it would any of us.

My problem with this thread is with those here, including the OP, trying to imply that the police took a gun permit away from a law abiding citizen for no good reason. As I've stated here more than once, they will probably reinstate his CC permit once everything calms down, including Mr. Ricci, who was (understandably) raging at them.

I'd like to explain a new concept to you. It's called "thinking outside the box". It means to think outside your box, which is all most of us have. When confronted with the occasion that I have a disagreement with someone or to solve a problem, I find it helps to think about that which I don't understand. It's not easy, but I think you can do it!
The context of the comment was about the authorities taking his concealed carry license Sans facts, speculation sometimes is all we have. You seem to employ it liberally.

Just cut to the quick and tell me how Satan is unjustly persecuted and denied his rightful place above God.

That is happening all over the place. Happened about 6 months ago and my local Safeway while I was there. two carts full of detergent. Apparently easy to resale.

Speaking of that Safeway... shrinkage is up 13% while profits remain at a meager 5%. They closed their multi point entrance to help curb shoplifting, but the manager says that it's getting critical. Safeway/Albertsons are considering closing multiple locations with large shrinkage. Potential thousands of jobs would be cut and once again, creating food deserts in some areas.

Spare me quint simplistic mimes from the 1990's. Next time someone pulls a gun on you feel free to "think outside the box" myself if I have a weapon I will use it in my defense. Perhaps you will choose to "have a conversation" with them.

I use truth. If one is offended by the truth, and can't refute the truth, then the only thing that's inflammatory is having the mask stripped away.

I'll repost my response here. Go ahead and explain which statements aren't a) true and b) "nasty"

Ok, I was wrong. You don't seem to catch on. You are arguing with yourself, apparently.
Go back and read the comments and replies. MAYBE you'll catch on.......................

The worst criminal in America today is the seditious traitor to his oath who tried to overturn the election he lost and install himself as dictator.
The people who defend his actions are defending a criminal.

That's exactly what the liberal media alleges 24/7. And it isn't true. It's an exaggeration. What is true is that Hillary Clinton, the Democrat party, and the liberal media tried for four straight years with all their might to frame Trump and remove him from office, or in other words, overturn an election. So it is they who are traitors to their oaths and defenders of their own criminality. The left is astonishingly corrupt.
