The point he's trying to make is that you can't say that these guys were dangerous insurrectionists who were gonna topple the entire government while simultaneously saying they had zero chance of accomplishing anything without heavy military ordinance. I think they need to be charged but I also kinda doubt they'd have been able to do anything of any importance in the end - especially when the food in the vending machines runs out.

Actually the topic is about another moronical thing uttered by the moron in the White House.

 

Then there should be no struggle to take away our 2A rights or confiscate our weapons. We will not give them up nor act in any aggressive way. We will put the onus as to aggression and violence upon those who would act out such a confiscation fantasy. Simple passive civil disobedience is all that is required to refuse to give up our weapons or our 2A rights. If there is a bloodbath of unimaginable proportions it will be because the government decides to force its citizens to obey its demands and we most certainly will not. We will peacefully maintain possession of our weapons as we do now. We will tell the government that it can only prevail by declaring war on us, not gun owners starting an uprising.

 

You realize that takes a 2/3 vote by either both houses of congress or of all the states. Then 3/4 or 38 of the 50 states to ratify the repeal or rewrite of the 2A. All we need to forever prevent such a thing is 13 or more small rural states with a combined 1/10 or less of the US population to assure that never happens…

 

And it never will.

Like I have already told those who hate the fact that we have rights.... We are neither seeking nor do we require your approval.

But they WOULD have to seek our approval to change the Constitution and that ain't happening.
